1. Objectives
KNOWLEDGE The students are expected to:
Identify the different Filipino values that could affect business.
SKILLS Independently demonstrates the values that could positively help the business.
ATTITUDE Display positive attitude towards the Filipino values that could affect the business.
VALUES Display social responsibility
2. CONTENT 1. the Filipino Value System (Utang na Loob, Filial Piety,
Padrino Suki, Bahala na - Mañana, Amor Propio, Filipino
Family Values)

4. PROCEDURE
4.1 Introductory Activity Guide learners in appreciating and understanding PECs for them to be
successful in business or in the workforce by sharing inspiring real-life stories of
successful businessman and or well-known employees in the field of
Accounting and Business Management in the province.

4.2. Activity. Group the learners, then ask them perform a task. Let them share their
thoughts with the class.
Process learners’ understanding and guide them in arriving at a relevant and
acceptable generalization.
4.3. Analysis 1. Each group will report their group output

Different Filipino values System and its effects on business.
4.5. Application Discuss / present the importance of assessing personal entrepreneurial
competencies (PECs) and skills vis-à-vis a practicing entrepreneur or
employee; provide an actual example of an entrepreneur or employee existing
in your province.
4.6 Assessment Answer the post test
4.7 Assignment minutes Write your answers on your assignment notebook. Discuss / share these to the
class.
