INTRODUCTION

The main purpose of the event was to promote camaraderie and open venues for new
friendships. The students of the Department, therefore, hosted a dish-party and organized
a number of activities, And to develop a sense of belongingness, to acquaint the new
peers to the upperclassmen, get to know one another through interpersonal
communication directed

by the event’s undertakings to experience a brief background of who the different

department is and what we do, and to be able to create an environment of strong bond
forged by harmony and cooperation
 EXPECTATIONS

My expectation in Acquaintance Party is that we meet new friends enjoy the evening. My
experience in this acquaintance party is we have a good venue, nice and presentable
settings, also the food was good and all my classmates was there. I've seen so many
students perform, they dance and sing and honestly they are talented. I didn't win any
prizes though but it was. And the most unexpected moment is when our Teachers
presented a surprise number. They were good.

All I can say is that I enjoy the party and it was a great moment and experience that I will
remember. Even if the place was crowded, students were able to join the party, which
started at 6;00 o'clock in the evening. The program started by the selected talented
students and opened by the school heads.

On that day I only expect one thing in my life that I will not experience on my acquaintance
party because in my mind acquaintance party would be a boring event but that day
everything was change, my expectation about acquaintance party was suddenly change.
The boring thought of a party was vanished in my minbd .

Preparing myself for this event drives me crazy. For some reason it's my fourth time to
join this momentous event of my life. Facing different faces from different places make
me proud to be one of a kind existing person here on earth. Choosing my attire for the
acquaintance party is a difficult responsibility for me as a new senior student. Choosing
the right attire is a witness on how you love yourself because personality reflects on how
you dress up.

GREEN VALLEY COLLEGE proved that money is not a problem in order to have
memorable acquaintance party.
 OBSERVATIONS EXPERIECES

the event started at six in the evening and the student are enjoying and knowing new
faces from different department. There are many lapses in terms of planning but the
organizer handle in a nice way, same others student theyre not satisfied in terms of food,
decoration and even program but for me handling one event is not easy it is needed to
plan properly in order to achieve and get the satisfaction of every student. Some other
student didnt wearing appropriate attire.
 EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK

In every event it is very important that we can get the satisfaction of every client that we
have, handling one activity is not easy but we can prevent lapses if we are plan properly,
communication is very important so that we can understand and prevent conflict between
the two party

This are the following that they need to improve:

3. The decoration is not fit to the concept
4. Foods/ service
5. Did not Start in a given time
6. Lack of man power
7. Decipline of the students
8. Entertainment
9. Venue are not comfortable
10. Lack of student participation
 RECOMMENDATIONS

Green Valley College Foundation academic year 2019-2020 has started already, there
a lot of activities celibrating every month. It is very important to plan properly and
organize in a very nice way, we cant deny that every student they’re observant in
terms of activities, so next time they need to plan properly select appropriate venue to
meet the satisfaction of every student and provide quality services like food service to
the student
