Every Member of the Company
 Is required to report on time and be present every working
day
 Should report their time in and time out accurately in
attendance sheet.
 Must be in a proper dress code wearing their I.D.
 Should have an enough knowledge on workplace safety
procedure
 Knowledgeable about his task in the company
 Responsible in maintaining the company’s asset
 Should work aligned with the value of the organization
 Able to consistently uniform with the decision made within the
company.

 Prepare and check the attendance of the employees every
working days
 Should be able to check if the rotation of the staff on it works
are accurate and proper.
 Ensure that the staffs’ during working days are met.
For Technical Planning
 Must observe the proper technical functioning and
maintenance are observe in the work place.
 Should ensure that there is not technical difficulties and
problems, and if there is any should be work on immediately.
Financial Planning
 Provide record of sales and expenses daily.
 Should always organize the financial document with all the
receipt and other verification.
Marketing Planning
 Should offer advertisements and promotions to the general
public that will surely caught their attention.
 Must be entertaining enough to make sure that they are able
to persuade the buyers.

Schedule: The operation of the business is from 8:00 am to 3:00


pm at Diliman College’s Lower Quadrangle.

Attendance: An assigned member of the company will be the one


to monitor the attendance of his co-member. Unauthorized and
unexcused absence, time off and late arrival will not be entertained
without valid reason. The company is strictly implementing a rule
wherein three late are equivalent to an absent.

Prohibited Area:
 Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter in the
workplace.
 Cellphone or any internet usage I restricted to prevent
interruption to work
 Employee should not allow quarrelling that may cause
disturbance at work.
