Comments
- I have not added any slurs to the score but feel free to slur from strong beats to weaker beats.
- The notation in Bars 17-21 has been simplified for ease of reading. They are better realized in three or four distinct voices
as shown below. This creates an alarming amount of rests and some rhythmic confusion but better explains the sustain of
each note and the imitation across the voices. In short, sustain as much as possible and emphasize voice independence.
