Warm greetings!

In line with RA 10742 otherwise known as the SK Reform Law, the Local Youth Development
Council (LYDC) is a multi-sectoral youth association headed by the concerned SK Federation
president and composed of representatives of youth and youth-serving organizations in the
provincial, city, and municipality level.
LYDC serves as the official partner of the Sangguniang Kabataan on planning and execution of
the projects, programs, and specific advocacies such as: good governance, climate change
adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, gender
sensitivity, anti-drug abuse, sports development and more.

In line with this task, the National Youth Commission is spearheading a 2-day training workshop
on Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) for youth organization from October 16 to
17, 2019 at Queen Margarette Hotel Downtown, Poblacion area, Lucena City. With this, may we
