MOTION for REDUCTION OF BAIL

COMES, now the accused, by herself, unto this Honorable Court, and respectfully files this
Motion for Reduction of Bail, stating:

1.) The Honorable Court issued an order for my arrest in the above-titled criminal case, dated
07 January 2019 and fixed the amount of bail for my provisional liberty to thirty six thousand pesos
(₱36,000.00);

2.) On 30 January 2018, the Municipal Police Force of Los Banos, Laguna arrested me, and I am
presently detained at the Municipal Jail of Los Banos, Laguna;

3.) I am executing this affidavit for reduction of bail in half; from thirty six thousand pesos
(₱36,000.00) to ten thousand pesos only (₱10,000.00) for the reason that I am not gainfully
employed and have no regular source of income and funds;

4.) I commit myself to appear before the Honorable Court whenever required and fully understand
that my failure in doing so will result in the confiscation of the bail;

PRAYER

Premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court this Motion for
Reduction of Bail be granted. Movant prays for such other reliefs and remedies just and equitable
in the premises.
