Healthy Versus Processed food

Since the beginning of time, food has been the primary necessity of life. Its significance cannot be denied
or underrated as with food there is health and with health is life. As human beings have evolved, so have
their ways of living. In the same manner, food, which was in the beginning, feasted upon in its genuine
form, is currently being developed into a diverse variety of enriched cuisine, further being subdivided into
two major categories that are; healthy and processed-canned food. Owing to dietetics both, at times, are
considered functional, still, a convenient choice depends entirely on an individual’s lifestyle.

Organic food is a dominant basis for a healthy life. Being packed with plentiful amounts of fiber,
Vitamins, and minerals, they make a nutritious impact on body strength and functioning systems.
Consequently, this boosts energy levels and makes the person look fresh and full of vitality, increasing his
proficiency to perform his daily tasks. Processed food being full of fats and overloaded sugars and oils
weakens bones whilst providing very minute quantities of nutrition, as a result, causes vitamin deficiencies
and bone diseases making the individual feeble and anemic.

Healthful food also plays an important part in controlling weight and fighting against obesity. An
assorted number of fruits and vegetables contain minerals which help burn fats and helps in weight loss
much faster than a diet restriction plan. Canned food, having a high-calorie count, add fats of an extensive
magnitude, corrupting the body’s nutritional balance which sometimes leads to cancerous heart diseases.

Natural food not only, combats against a great number of diseases, but also enhances our immune
system, allowing our bodies to take action against various epidemics. Healthy functioning systems overall
improve longevity and make the person young and sturdy to a longer age and are also low in cost.
Processed or fast food dismantles the immune system in addition to being costly

In conclusion to all above stated points, both healthy and processed food have their consequences. As
can be seen, it is hoped that in the future, adverse effects for some eatables might be lowered by
alterations in their processing. In either case, nutritional facts for diet plants whatsoever must be taken
into account for every food prepared and while being selected for eating.
