Objectives

Terminal At the end of the 3-day training teachers would be able to value oneself in terms of gender development.

Specifically, at the end of the three-day training, the participants should be able to :

Enabling 1. Equip with the values of gender empowerment.

2. Revitalize good actions in terms of gender sensitivity and equality.

3. Rekindle the bond between male and female to address gender biased.

 To value oneself with no gender biased.

Introduction
Say:

The facilitator will post some FAQ’s about


gender and participants will answer it, as a
3 minutes
participation.

For this whole day session, our terminal


objective is “This session aims to value
oneself in terms of gender development.”

To achieve this, we have the following

Motivation/Priming Activity
To set everybody’s stamina, and making the
day lighter, let’s do this simple Priming
Activity.

Priming Activity: Ice Breaker!

Conditioning mind and body, participants 4 minutes


will have a zumba dance.
Preliminary Lab Activity
The lecturer will ask the participants to group
themselves according to gender.

Lecturer will post set of pictures for the


participants to write their description about
the pictures.

WORKSHOP

Instructions:

1. Choose a topic of your subject


area.
2. Make a simple quote regarding
gender development.
3. Make a jingle of promoting a
gender sensitive living.
4. Workshop will be finished in 30
minutes.
5. Each group is expected to present a
samples in class.

DO: Go around and extend assistance and to


make sure everyone is participating or
engaged.

After your 30-minute workshop, let us now

presented a sample modules.
