AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNERS

We, LEONARDO BANTECIL and EULOGIO LAURON, both Filipinos, of

legal ages and both residents of Tabunok, Sogod, Cebu, Philippines,
after having sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
state that:

1. We personally know the heirs of MANUEL COMENDADOR namely,

CALIXTO V. COMENDADOR and RAGIE C. BERDON to be the true and lawful
owners by inheritance of a parcel of land covered by Tax
Declaration No. 43-0017-12229 situated at Brgy. Tabunok, Sogod,
Cebu;

2. The said parcel of land has an area of SEVEN HUNDRED

TWENTY-EIGHT (728) SQUARE METERS and bounded on the North by Lot
2492 which I, EULOGIO LAURON owned; South by Lot 2489 which I,
LEONARDO BANTECIL owned; East by Lot 2488 and West by Provincial
Road;

3. The predecessors-in-interest of the above name heirs are

in open, continuous and in notorious possession of the above-
described property;

4. WE are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth

and veracity of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose this
may serve.
