Industry Producer and Supplier of Pasteurized Fresh Milk to food manufacturing,

wholesale, and service industries.

- Not consumer products

The plant is privately run at present. The owner has rented the plant from
the cooperative to revive its operations.
Niche market Class A and B in Metro Manila and Batangas.
Production capacity Averages between 2000 to 3000 bottles daily
Production speed 1000 liters per hour
Labor 10 people
Raw materials Unpasteurized fresh milk sourced from two farms in Batangas:

1. Communal Dairy farm of BADACO in Lipa, Batangas – with 200

cattles
2. Private Farm in Rosario, Batangas – with 300 cattles

Manufacturing Process 1. Collecting

Dairy cows (free-range) are milked twice a day at 3 AM and 3PM

using mechanical vacuum milking machines.

A refrigerated bulk tank truck makes collections from dairy farms

in the area within a few hours.

At the milk processing plant, the milk in the truck is weighed and is
pumped into refrigerated tanks in the plant through hoses.

2. Separating

The cold raw milk passes through a separator, which spins the milk
inside an enclosure. The separator removes debris, some
bacteria, and any sediment that may be present in the raw milk
and separates the heavier milk fat from the lighter.

*They regulate the amount of milk fat content in the milk to follow
client’s requirement.

3. Pasteurizing

The milk is piped into a pasteurizer to kill any bacteria.

4. Packaging (done at 1pm onwards)

The milk is pumped in batches into stainless pots. Workers on the

production line mix the flavoring ingredient manually in the milk.
Bottle capping is assisted by a semi-automated machine

5. Storage & Delivery

The plant stores the bottled milk up to 2-3 days

Waste Management Excess liquid drawn out during manufacturing goes to a waste water
System, a DOST- treatment area just at the back of the plant. Once treated, the waste
developed technology becomes an organic fertilizer, which can be sprayed directly on to plants.
