It has been researched that crime rate has been on a rise in several countries, and alarmingly

increasing year on. In fact, the past decade has seen an exponential rise in such activities across
almost all countries. This essay will highlight the main reasons for this growth and also recommend
necessary actions to curb this evil.

To begin with, criminal intention is usually found in people who cannot meet their basic necessities.
Such groups of people are mostly those who are undereducated and do not think about alternatives
of making a better living. Lately, the World education community research forum pointed out that
economically weakened countries like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mexico or Africa have the
highest crime percentage because of the lack of basic infrastructure to provide a better living to their
citizens. Further, such heinous activities are spread by criminal activists to the less educated and to
young children through religious teaching and false preaching.

To act on these causes, the Government of all countries, firstly, needs to implement stringent
policies and regulations to restrict the growth of crimes and ensure that all institutions that are
spreading false religious preaching to spread crimes are dealt with the strictest punishment.
Moreover, countries like Russia, Germany or UK can come forward and provide assistance to all such
countries that are struggling to control crime through their governance. In this regards, the United
Nation can become the intermediary to ensure that the more successful nations are providing
sufficient help to these countries to resolve this issue. These solutions will help nations to minimize
crimes to a level where they can be controlled.

To conclude, several countries have seen a rise in criminal activities which is growing day by day due
to lack of education and awareness within their citizens. In this regards, the weak communities are
targeted through false religious teachings. To curb this, a more aggressive governance is required
with the help of more advanced nations and organizations to implement stricter rules and
regulations and ensure such activities are monitored and dealt harshly.

been shortlisted for the master course in Mcmaster University in Canada and intend to attend the
same in the coming summer session. This is a two year program in Artificial Intelligence which has
