A faulty TV
A: Good afternoon, can I help you?
B: I hope so. I bought this television here about three months ago, but the sound and
picture quality are awful. The picture is always flickering and there's a dark line
down the left-hand side of the screen. And there's an annoying hissing sound in
the background.
A: Do you have an outside aerial?
B: Yes, I do.
A: Have you tried adjusting the aerial?
B: Several times.
A: Hmmmmm. I'll get our engineers to have a look at it.
B: A friend of mine bought the same model here and had exactly the same problems.
I want a refund.
A: I'm afraid it isn't our policy to give refunds, sir.
B: I want to see the manager.

I have recently ordered a new pair of soccer cleats (item #6542951) from your
website on June 21. I received the order on June 26. Unfortunately, when I
opened it I saw that the cleats were used. The cleats had dirt all over it and there
was a small tear in front of the part where the left toe would go. My order
number is AF26168156.
To resolve the problem, I would like you to credit my account for the amount
charged for my cleats, I have already went out and bought a new pair of cleats
at my local sporting goods store so sending another would result in me having
two pairs of the same cleats.
