 Perform physical and mental health assessments, evaluate medication effectiveness and side
effects. Participate in treatment team with physician, social worker, pharmacist, and client.
Ensure staff and patient safety in the milieu, perform ADL’s with geriatric clients, provide group
counseling, provide clients with outpatient services, and educate clients on treatment plan.

 Answered customers’ questions; handled cashiering duties, and insurance filing. Recognized for
