PIPES AND FITTINGS FOR STREET SEWAGE

Drainage-sewage problem solution and systemic sewage net construction, respectively, presents one
of the primary problems of all urbanized centers; therefore, we find program application of street
sewage in drainage pipelines for waste and precipitate waters in households, road construction, bridge
construction etc. They are also used in waste water drainage in agriculture, for ventilation purposes,
protection and sheathing. They are available in diameters from DN 110 to DN 500 with standardized
production lengths according to DIN 8062.

Material Pipes and fittings of street sewage system are of red-brown colour according to
RAL 8023 and are delivered with incorporated gaskets, which together with the
embracer, enable fast and simple connection.
They are produced from hard PVC, characterized by high mechanical resistance to
acids and many organic and inorganic substances.
It is also resistant to abrasion (wearing) with a high resistance to ageing
and external influence. Low pipe weight and high mechanical hardness alleviate
transport, manipulation and mounting.

MOUNTING MODE
Technological development in the field of plastic materials has made
possible production of a wide assortment of fittings and special parts
making possible solutions of all situations regarding PVC pipe mounting in
sewage system. Proper mounting of
PVC sewage pipes requires uniform basis, i.e. care should be taken at all
times to avoid vacancies under pipes and to keep filling between pipes
and canal walls uniform and compact. During work on the construction
lot, particularly during mounting, pipes shouldn’t be dragged over the soil.
On the contrary, stones and other sharp objects may cause irreparable
damages. Connection is performed on dry principle with the embracer and
gasket, achieving absolute impermeability, simplicity and mounting speed.
During pipe shortening, the tip of the pipe should always be finely honed
to achieve the angle of approximately 30°, alleviating further connection.
