INTRODUCTION

I always see this restaurant after class, because my way home is in front of this restaurant.
Im so curious about this CAVITE REPUBLIC, I want to see what’s inside, because the design and the
decoration outside is beautiful, how much more inside. If you look inside, the design the decoration,
The wall is classic. Its very attractive specially to a millennials. Even if I don’t experience to enjoy nor eat
To this restaurant, I think people would love and enjoy the ambiance of CAVITE REPUBLIC.
 SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH
 While I’m researching I see people who love eating in the CAVITE REPUBLIC, they love the place
the décor, the view, the ambiance, the atmosphere and the food. the way they serve, and welcome the guest
The food there are very attractive and delicious. they serve a Pilipino and a Spanish cuisine. People now a
days, like to do trends like drinking milktea, reading books, CAVITE REPUBLIC have books in every corner to
read. the place is so near in you neighbourhood.

WEAKNESS
 I check the information about their food, the price is ranging to P100 to P600, one of the cheapest food
is Lumpia that is P96.00.and the time it open is 10AM. 2 hours to go and its lunch already. They choose a
Wrong Place to build the restaurant. You can’t see the CAVITE REPUBLIC instantly, it is hidden beside the
WALTER MART TRECE MARTIRES CITY. And people won’t easily see it. They have a parking lot for the cars
of the Customer, but not all of them will have space to park their car.

OPPORTUNITIES
 Compare to a food chain the CAVITE REPUBLIC is a Filipino cuisine, it cooks our “lutong bahay” like
adobo and bulalo. That is Filipino want to eat specially in the restaurant. And the décor that gives fanciness
and eye appealing to the customers. The chef and the staffs are competent to do there task.

THREATS
 CAVITE REPUBLIC have so many opponent, the WALTER MART that is just in the front of the
Restaurant. WALTER MART have many commercial restaurant and famous food chain, and most of the
customer are children. people are so busy , They will choose an eatery that will give them a faster serving.

PROBLEMS
 One of the problem is the location, they don’t have that kind of busy staff like in the food chain,
Its hard to notice especially when you are in the main road of trece. Its surrounded by another commercial
restaurant, mall and eatery. If your like to eat outside, it might become so hot and some insects would bother
you.
SOLUTION
 The TRECE is getting more populated, traffic is almost everywhere, it will be good to have a signage
In different barangays and roads. and it will be better to multiply and add more restaurant places to visit.
Adding a big umbrellas during sunny day outdoor of the restaurant will protect the customers who wants to eat
outdoor . and it will better to clean and reduce the trash outdoor to prevent the population of the insect.

RECOMMENDATION
 Foreigners love to eat Filipino dishes. they visit places that has a unique design and delicious food.
If people love the food it will be better to have another branch around trece to recognize and distinguish by the
people

CONCLUSION
 The CAVITE REPUBLIC should enter the popularizing and multiplying their branches.
