INTRODUCTION
Terrorism is one of the most horrible threats of modern era. It has
become a universal threat. The whole wold is facing horrible result of
terrorism. The cause of terrorism are of different kind’s bombs blast,
hijacking, cross border terrorist activities. The main objective of
terrorism is to weaken a country politically, socially, economically,
and administratively. When innocent people are treated cruelly
without any offense on their part they became terrorist for taking
revenge. The main problem of countries they delay in social justice.
Although Muslim are facing very serious criticism regarding
Terrorism. Whenever ant terrorist attack took place in the world
without any witness it connect directly with Muslim. Although the
truth is completely different. Muslims are directly or indirectly face
criticism regarding that. There a long number of western countries
which are against Islam and they are always on the top to criticise
Muslim’s. According to researchers, the majority of victims of
terrorist’s attacks worldwide are Muslim’s. Most terrorist’s attacks
Happen in Muslim’s countries. But unfortunately they use a term of
"Islamic terrorism" in order to criticise Muslim’s.
At the time the Quran was uncovered (seventh century A.D.), there
was no United Nations or Amnesty International to keep the harmony
or uncover treachery. Between ancestral savagery and retaliation was
typical. As an issue of survival, one more likely than not been happy to
guard against hostility from all sides. In any case, the Quran over and
over urges pardoning and restriction, and cautions adherents not to
"transgress" or become "oppressors." Some precedents:
If anyone slays a person
- unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land -
it would be as if he slew all people.
And if anyone saves a life,
it would be as if he saved the life of all people.
(Quran 5:32)
Goodness and evil are not equal.
Repel evil with what is better.
Then that person with whom there was hatred,
may become your intimate friend!
And no one will be granted such goodness
except those who exercise patience and self-restraint,
none but people of the greatest good fortune.
(Quran 41:34-35)

Islamic Ideology
Islam shows a complete way of life and gives equal rights to all human
being. There is no promotion regarding terrorism in Islam, and there
is no mercy for those who promotes extremism. Islam is religion of
mercy, does not permit terrorism. In Quran Allah said:
“God does not forbid you from showing kindness and dealing justly
with those who have not fought you about religion and have not
driven you out of your homes”.
Although the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prohibited
this. The Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him used to prohibit
soldiers from killing women and children, and he would advise them:
Do not betray, do not be excessive,
Do not kill a new born child.

And he also said:

Whoever has killed a person having a treaty with the Muslims shall
not smell the fragrance of Paradise, though its fragrance is found for
a span of forty years.
There is also a large number of verses and hadith those who permit
the ideology of extremism. But unfortunately they use a term of
"Islamic terrorism" in order to criticise Muslim’s.

GLOBLE ISSUES
 TERRORISM IN SYRIA
There is terrorist group name ISI which is responsible for all these
extremism. ISIS stands for ISLAMIC STATE IN IRAQ AND SYRIA. ISIS
means to make an Islamic state called a caliphate crosswise over Iraq,
Syria and past. ISIS is known for killing many individuals at once and
completing open executions, torturous killings and different acts. ISIS
utilizes present day apparatuses like online networking to advance
reactionary governmental issues and religious fundamentalism.
ISIS's income originates from oil creation and pirating, charges,
ransoms from kidnappings, selling stolen ancient rarities, blackmail
and controlling yields. Their leader name is Baghdadi. Is reportedly
based in Syria.

TERRORISM IN AFGHANISTAN
Afghanistan has been a position of consistent war since the 1980's.
Psychological oppression began when The Taliban came into

power.
OSAMA BIN LADEN was the the leader
of Taliban. Taliban is a political
gathering in Afghanistan. They don't
have full command over Afghanistan,
however they assume a major job in
the nation's psychological militant
condition. The Taliban trusts that Islam
is the main "genuine religion". They profoundly contradict religions
other than Islam and trust that Islam ought to be drilled by
everybody.
The Taliban began making

TERRORISM IN PAKISTAN
PAKISTAN is also became a victim of terrorism. There is different
groups that are involved in there type of activates in Pakistan. Two
major among them are AL-QAEDA and SIPHA-E-SAHABA.

In 2004, the Pakistani armed force propelled a quest for Al-Qaeda

individuals in the bumpy region of Waziristan. A brief détente
known as the Waziristan accord was handled in September 2006,
this ceasefire was broken by the Taliban.
Pakistan started an Operation terrorism named Zarb-e-Azb against
the Tehrik-I-Taliban Pakistan, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Jundallah, Al-

June 2014 in North Waziristan

Attack in New Zealand

Friday Prayer on 15 March 2019, The Christchurch mosque
shootings were two back to back fear monger assaults at mosques
in Christchurch, New Zealand. The assaults killed 51 people. There
were 50 harmed.
The wake of the assaults, which are the deadliest mass shootings in
present day New Zealand history
There is a lot terrorist attack are took place in the world, there is not
a debate whether Muslim are concern or not. But the question is that
is against humanity and it cause fear among peoples. We should take
a serious action regarding this. Because now it became a universal
problem.

Silent Features
1- The ISIS spread terrorism on the name of Islam, because of
their acts of brutality and promoting extremism in Syria and
Iraq rest of Muslim’s in the world are faced criticism and hate.
Although Muslims are always oppose to this but no one can
show sympathy towards them.

2- Afghanistan face a lot of trouble sine 1980s, they face Taliban

regime and they killed people through bomb blasting and after
that they connect of this directly or indirectly with Islam. They
accept the responsibility of 9/11 attack which is took place in
America. After this attack there is preplained campaign
organised by America against Islam. Though this campaign
Muslim faced a lot of trouble and criticism. Although Muslim
are no responsible for this but no one can stand for Muslim in
front of world.

3- Pakistan face Economical and Financial problem through this

war against terrorism. And European countries especially
America get a lot of benefits through this. They criticise Muslim
and create a bad image of Islam and promoting Islamic
terrorism. Although the percentage of terrorism is declined
 89% in Pakistan because of operation of pack army against
extremism.

4- The terrorist attack took place in New Zealand was “the

Darkest day of New Zealand history” said their Prime Minister
Jacinta Arden. Whereas some people said that the killer is
depressed white man instead of Terrorist which unfair with
Muslim because whenever such kind of activity took place they
directly put allegation on Muslims.

5- Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation,

especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. So it
is not write to attach someone directly with these activities.

Political Challenges of Muslim’s

1- In U.S.A Since 2011, U.S. Muslims have turned out to be

increasingly worried about radicalism for the sake of Islam
around the globe. In the meantime, most accept there is little
help for fanaticism inside their very own locale, even as the
overall population opposes this idea.
2- Muslims see little support for extremism in the Muslim
American community. Muslims American even more likely
than general public to say targeting and killing civilians is
never justified.

3- Muslims in Australia began encountering some bigot blows

against them, before her triumph in the last government
decisions, One Nation pioneer, Ms. Hanson, made numerous
bigot remarks against Muslims, and these announcements
and remarks really enabled her to win four seats in the
government races in July 2016.

4- Different Western pioneers, elites and media observers are

empowering and empowering Islamic terrorism based
oppression in our properties by declining to contemplate
Islam. They are enabling political accuracy to daze them to the
truth that their foes are gazing them in the face – with firearms stacked

 MORAL CHALLENGE
1. There has been a great confusion between the concepts of Islam
and those of the Western culture, including the concept of
terrorism, whose origin is Western, as the motive behind that is
the forces hostile to Islamic vocation, its culture and its
civilization.
2. Muslims faced a very brutal behaviour regarding terrorism,
always westerns countries are blamed Muslims for terrorist
attacks, although there is no witness that Muslims ae involved in
such kinds of activities.
3. Despite knowing everything they continuously blamed muslins
and try to let them down. In Islam there is a no sympathy for
extremism and terrorism. Islam gives equal rights to all human
being.
 4. They also use a terminology of Islamic terrorism for their own
sake and political benefits. And always trying to hurts Muslim.
Once shouldn’t blame Islam for terrorism. Religion isn’t
a crucial factor in attack.

Solution of Terrorism in the Light of Islam

To understand the denotation of terrorism in Islamic vocation, it is a
must to refer to its two main sources: The Quran and the prophet's
tradition (Sunnah).

The Signification of terrorism in The Quran and hadith:

The word 'terrorism' and its derivations were mentioned in The
Qur'an. Here are some examples where (Allah SWT) said:
 "In its scripture, there is guidance and mercy for those who fear
their God." ( Al-Aura chapter154)
 “And keep your promise to me, so I will keep my promise to
you and do fear me." Al-Baharat (The Cow) chapter: 40.
 "Surely He is one God, so do fear me." Al-Nail (The Bees)
 "And they frightened them and performed a great magic." Al-
Aura chapter: 116. "

 The first solution is that the western countries have to end

supporting for terrorists in Mideast. Now the Western countries
are cognizant about this danger, because they feel this danger
so close to themselves.
 Nowadays, terrorism is currently posing a big threat to all
countries in the world, so if they want peace, they have to
 With hold their financial, political and logistical support to
terrorists in countries like Syria and Iraq.

 The second solution is that Muslim leaders should introduce the

real message of Islam to the world. Unfortunately, these groups
in the name are Muslim, but their behaviours are clearly again
set the pure teachings of the Prophet Muhammad.

 Some radical groups like ISIS and Wahhabi Group are against the
Quran and Islamic teachings. They spread hatred and violence,
while Islam is based on mercy and peace. We should take serious
step against them, and never let them go easily.

Conclusion

1. Asserting that Islamic vocation (preaching) is not part of the

problem of terrorism. Rather, it is a strong basis and an effective
means for the remedy of its causes and putting an end to it
according to the divine criteria through implanting the values of
tolerant Islamic preaching. These call for not terrifying
individuals or groups or 'frightening' them, or even doing them
harm in any way threatening their wealth, their individuals or
social rights or their lives. Terrorism cannot be ascribed to
Islamic vocation which is a divine message coming for achieving
security for both individuals and the society.
2. That facing terrorism necessitates implanting the values of
tolerant Islamic preaching which is far from bigotry {fanaticism}
and extremist interpretation that gives texts undue
interpretations.
3. Also the philosophy of Islamic vocation aims essentially at
building a social structure caring for relating the individual to the
 society through solidarity, love and belonging in order to keep
the stability of the society.
4. That terrorism cannot be ascribed only to the religious factor, for
there are other factors which may be more important than the
religious factor such as poverty, unemployment and
misunderstanding religion.
5. The research has pointed out the danger of the misuse of
modern technology and electronic means of technology as this
contributes greatly to spreading and growth of the phenomenon
of terrorism
6. The research has proved that the phenomenon of terrorism is a
phenomenon which is Christian and Zionist rather than one
related to Islam
