This Deed of Absolute Sale is made, executed, and entered into by:

RED JINGANG CONSTRUCTION, a company duly organized and approved by the Securities
and Exchange Commission in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines with business
address at A1 #150 Rizal Ave. Extension, Grace Park, Caloocan City, Philippines, represented herein
by its Manager, Mr. Xunrong Zou, and hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.

DICA CONST. & DEVELOPMENT CORP., a company duly organized and approved by the
Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines with
business address at Brgy. Solsogon, Sta. Margarita, Samar, Philippines, represented herein by its
President, Ika H. Las-ay, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

- WITNESSETH; -

WHEREAS, the SELLER, by virtue of a Deed of Sale docketed as Doc. No. 3756; Page No.
752; Book No. VIII; Series of 2012 in the notarial book of Notary Public Atty. Hernando M. Hernandez
Jr., City of Calbayog, Philippines, is the absolute owner of a motor, more particularly described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy, and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above
described motor vehicle, for the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND (Php 860,000.00)
Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand (Php
860,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the buyer to the seller, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the
certain the above described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature
including taxes as of the date of this sale.
