project are from approved sources. Cement from HOLCIM, boulders
and sand are from Bauang River.. They were previously tested and
passed the required specifications. Due to small quantity involved, the
tests required are hereby waived.

We understand that there is only one contract as quoted by COA but actually
the project is composed of two specialized works namely:

1. Tensile Fabric Structure

2. Fountain

During the design and estimating process, these two specialized contractors
mentioned their requirement about premise board up and temporary
facilities, this is to prevent interference in operation during the construction
stage of these two different specialized contractors.

Again, a separate mobilization/ demobilization was considered due to the

fact that these specialized contractors are coming from different locations.

So the basis of incorporating these costs was depending on the quantity and
volume of materials/ equipment the contractor will mobilize and demobilize.
