Give the users the required grants in order to access the data and perform actions

in the Shipping Transactions Form.

Using the Order Management Super User responsibility.

Navigation path: Setup>Shipping>Grants and Roles Definitions>Grants

1) Select user from the List of Values (LOV)

2) Select a role from the LOV (suggest using Upgrade Role)

3) If you wish to limit the grant of a the user to a specific organization, then
select the organization from the LOV (Leave this blank for all Orgs)

4) Save the record

The user should now be able to perform actions in the Shipping Transactions Form.
