This email is to address the fatigue management procedures.

All employees are advised to be cautious while at work or working from home.

Please be aware of your physical and mental well-being.

Keep in mind the following points:

 Make sure you are not working for more than 38hours a week and utilize the
working hours effectively.

 Keep a watch on the travel, make sure you travel not more than 1 hour to the
office

 If you going on an interstate travel and taking a flight, make sure you are not
travelling for more than 2hours and also not travelling before 7am and after
6pm, that might effect your sleep cycle.
 If you are going on an interstate travel and going by road, make sure the
duration of the journey is not more than 5hrs, if that is the case, it is better to
take a flight.
