The Assessment is divided into two (2) Assessment Tasks to assess the student’s skills and knowledge
to develop, implement and maintain a strategic approach to managing human resources in an
organisation ensuring that the organisation has the structure and staff to meet current and
foreseeable business and performance objectives.
To complete this assessment, you are acting as Deborah Page from PEOPLE consulting. You will need
to review the C-Design Case Study information above and use the information you have gathered in
assessment 2.
You will also need to conduct additional research in order to complete the tasks below.
