I just realized that no matter how beautiful you are, somehow you still create a problem that is
soon to manifest. Maybe today you made someone happy still you can't hide the fact that you
have created a risk for everyone else. No matter how you amazed everyone, no matter how
satisfied you made somebody by the spectacles of your life we must face the truth that in
everything we do there is a good and bad result. Life is absurd.

Minsan dadating tayo sa punto ng buhay natin na kahit anong tapang, kahit anong lakas, kahit
ano man gawin naten para maging masaya sadyang andyan padin yung problema. Ang hirap
lang na ako yung tipo ng tao na nagsasabi sa iba na problema lang yan. Na walang binibigay si
Lord na di naten kakayanin. Pero minsan talaga mapapasuko ka nalang at mapapasabi ng
ayaw ko na. Mapapasabi ka nalang na pagod nako. Dadating tayo sa puntong sasabihin natin
na tama na ubos na ako. Pagod nakong umunawa. Pagod nakong unawain ang mundo, pagod
nako unawain ang buhay, pagod nako unawain sarili ko. Diko alam kelan matatapos to. Sa
kinahabahaba ng panahon na naging matapang ako, sa kinahabahaba ng panahong ako yung
naging sandigan ng ibang tao ngayon ko lang napagalaman na mahabang panahon ko na pala
niloloko sarili. Matagal ko na palang pinaniniwala sarili ko na matapang ako na kaya kong

ko sa loob. Matagal ko na pala nilulunod sarili ko sa mga problemang diko matukoy kung ano,
mga problemang diko alam san nanggaling, mga problemang diko alam na andyan pala. Pero
kahit anong gawin ko, kahit gustong gusto ko na sumuko hindi ko magawa. Hindi ko magawang
iwan mga taong kailangan ako. Alam ko kahit di nila sabihin alam kong kailangan nila ako. Pero
paano ako? Sa bawat paglaban ko eh yun din ang pagkadurog ko. Hindi ko magawang humingi
ng tulong sapagkat alam ko hindi lang ako ang mahihirapan pati sila. Lubhang ikinaiinis ko ay
may nadadamay na ibang tao sa problema ko. Napakahirap nang mabuhay bilang isang tao na
matapang kuno pero yung totoo e daig pa ang buhangin sa pagkadurog. Para bang unti unti
ako nagiging abo. Ginagawa ko na lahat ng alam kong maaari kong gawin para maalis ko yung
pagiisip kong eto kaya nga gumawa ako ng box pero sa pagkakataong ito di na kaya talaga.
Diko alam talaga san nanggaling lahat ng ito. Walang pagkukulang ang mundo sa akin
sapagkat sobra pa nga eh. Biniyayaan ako ng Panginoon ng pamilya at mga kaibigan na tapat
ngunit minsan napapaisip ako kung karapatdapat ba sakin ang lahat ng ito. Tanging gusto ko
lang malaman ay saan nanggagaling lahat to? Konting konti nalang malulunod nako, konting
konti nalang bibitaw nako, konting konti nalang.

Do you experience sudden headaches, chest pain, or sleep problems? Well one thing is maybe
you're stressed. According to Merriam, stress is a physical, chemical or emotional factor that
causes bodily or mental tension and may be a factor in disease causation. In layman's term,
stress is a state of imbalance in either physical, spiritual or mental area. Mamy people
experience stress. It may be caused by the enivornment, the society or sometimes we cause
stress by ourselves. When we are in the state of stress, our brain do not function well resulting
to cramming especially for students like us who often have multiple activities or assignments.
When our brain doesn't function well it results in low level performance in which it may result on
disappointment. Well we can do something about that actually. What I am going to tell you is
how to handle stress. First let us all put our minds in a peaceful state by taking a rest. Resting is
one way of resetting our minds and calming it. Having a calm and well rested mind will give you
focus. Second is that don't overthink things. Overthinking is the main reason why we stress out.
We just need to think things in a simple way or approach things in a simple manner.
Overthinking kills they say because it doesn't give you anything good. Do not overthink things
because sometimes you just need to face it in a basic way. Lastly is that find to enjoy and eat
healthy. Enjoying and eating right is one way of removing stress. Eating certain amounts of
foods can help in production of hormones that helps regulstes our body. Serotonin, dopamine,
and endorphines are one of the major hormones that helps in regulating the brain function.
Serotonin is also known as Happy Hormone for it is responsible in regulating our mood. So,
these are just one of the few things you can do on handling stress. To wrap everything up, don't
let stress take control of your body for you are stronger than stress.
One of the major problems that millenials are facing in todays time is suicide. According to WHO
From 2012 to 2016, there were 237 suicide cases among children aged between 10 and 14.
2,413 suicide cases recorded in 2016. As what you heard it is clear that suicide level has risen
from the past years. But why do people specifically millenials commit suicide? Mainly, suicide is
the by product of depression. There are many factors in depression, it may be caused by the
society and some by their own family. What a shame because those good lives are just wasted
on heavy problems. We can do something about thag actually. I have experienced depression
and sometimes lead to thinking of suicide but thankfully I am here infront of you talking. Facing
depression is a serious matter. We must observe different factors because every little detail is
important. As for me what I have done is that I created my own psychological defense
mechanism in which I am able to handle my own situation. I call my mechanism the "Chest of
Thoughts" in which every problems that I cant handle is sent through that box in my mind and
be locked until I am ready to face that. With that mechanism I am able to live the day without
thinking about that specific problem which will only bring me pain and disappointment. I am able
to teach this mechanism to one of my depressed friend and thankfully she became a new
person from a sad and depressed to a flamboyantly joyfull lady. But to tell you honestly my
mechanism will not work if we don't have strong faith. Depression is an evil spirit. A spirit that
aims to steal our joy and excitement and eventually results in breaking our faith. Here are ways
of curing depression. First is "Presence of God", medicine is not your only option but God is
your number one option. Don't make depression a larger thing than the presence of God. One
thing is that don't embrace the "Me Mentality". In which it is composed of me, myself and I. Don't
take the problem by you own. The "Me mentality" is nothing but a trap thats why you don't have
to battle alone. Open your heart and strengthen your faith for God is there to back you up and
lift all your sorrows. Second is that you should rest. Sleep is one way of healing your mind
because sleeping resets your mind and puts it in a peacful state. Lastly is that God wants you to
win. God wants you to be stronger that is why He is giving you these obstacles in life and God
will tell you "I know from the start you will win, I know you can do it". So from this point on, do
not let depression win over you for God is always with you and always remember that according
from Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Him who gives me strenght". Lets us all put in
our minds that we will win and we are CHAMPIONS.

Useless
I don't know where to start but I know what I feel. It seems like all things are drifting away with
an emotion that came along the way.
For years I tried and I succeeded but now seems so different. I always thought that I was
invincible to pain but what I didn't know is I was like a sponge absorbing all the pain. I was never
tired of being strong until today. Today marks the end of the old me. But how would I do that if
until today I still can't let it all go away. The box inside my head that are full of worries, guilt and
pain has exploded. The key I made is now useless. All of those trials has been useless. I hurt
people with my selfish actions which makes me the useless key. What would the key open of
the box is already broken? The only thing to do to the key is to banish it, throw it, destroy it,
obliviate it. The key will never be the same key without the box. Everything is scattered,
everything is scrambled, all of those things went through the heart which was kept on the mind.
A bubble has popped. A chain was broken. A life became useless.

Accepting the fact that the world is not what you expect is like waking up from your utopia.

Being brave doesn't mean you aren't afraid of anything, it's just you know how to handle yourself
and sometimes you just don't want to be seen defenseless.

happiness to other people without even thinking yourself.

Strengths:
I am able to multi task and still finish the job with proficiency. Also I can manage my time on
order to do multiple task because in doing so I can have a smooth sailing in what I need to do. I
am a fast learner and I can work well with the people inside the company.
How will you convince a blind person that the object you are holding is red?
First of all, there is no point in convincing them that it is red it is because that blind person first
and foremost has no concept of color even though I try so hard and use all the persuasive
things I can do that person will still not understand because that person does not know what red
is.
