SovExon: Whether Russian livestock maintained high growth?

According to Rosstat, growth in production of livestock and poultry (in


live weight) in farms of all types in October fell to 3.1% by October of
last year. This is the lowest this year. The 10-month growth rate slowed
down production of livestock and poultry to 6.3% in annual terms. Decaying
rate marked the 5th consecutive month since May of 2010, when they were
8.6%. In 2009, production of cattle and poultry increased by 6.6%.

Milk production in the farms of all types in October 2.4 Mt or 3.4% lower
than a year ago. This is a significant decline in production this year.
After 10 months, the rate of growth of milk production decreased to 98.3%.
