Visitors, welcome.
We hope you are blessed through worshiping with us today. Our host family
has prepared a meal to share and to visit with you in their home. In the
narthex, after the service, the hosts will introduce themselves and invite you.
 Today, Dr. David Murray will conduct our services.
 There will be a Thanksgiving Day service this Thursday, at 9:30 AM.
Pastor C. Pronk will conduct this service.
 Thanksgiving is one of the means of worship in which the Lord
delights. May our hearts be filled with gratitude for the Lord’s mercies to us
in our families and within our congregation. May this gratitude also be
reflected in our coming together to worship the Lord this coming Thursday
morning and whenever we have opportunity to gather as a congregation
under God’s Word. Psalm 118 opens with the call to thanksgiving, “O Give
thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.”
May God give us thankful hearts.

December 15.
 The Christmas Program is being distributed to the Sunday School and
Catechism teachers today. A packet will be sent home with your child(ren)
today to let you know the verses that your child(ren) should memorize in
order to recite them for the Christmas Program on Christmas Day. The
songs will be sent home, also. If your child would like to do a Special
number, these pieces must be submitted to Heather Engelsma or Julie La
Rocque no later than December 1. Practices for the Christmas Program
will occur on two Sundays: December 12 & 19. We appreciate the time
that is spent – both in memorizing the verses and learning the songs.

 Zion Christian School is holding its annual Christmas Music Program on
December 2 at Bethany URC. The program will begin at 7:00PM.

November 25 (Thursday) 9:30 AM Thanksgiving Day service.
November 30 (Tuesday) 1 PM. Dorcas Notes: We are in need of ladies
to fold clothes at the Christian Rest Home, if there is a 5th Tuesday in a
month. There will be a sign up sheet in the narthex to sign up for the future
dates. The next date is November 30.
December 1 (Wednesday) 7: 30 PM Elders meeting.
December 4 (Saturday) 7 AM Men’s Breakfast Bible Study at church.
Triplets!!! Triplets!!! Please mark the date for a triplets shower for Jeff and
Jen Klaasen’s triplets. We plan to have the shower Thursday, December 2
at 7 PM. We plan to have the shower early as Jen is expected to go on bed
rest. There is a box in the narthex if you would like to “go in” on a gift.
