Grade II- Sampaguita

I.INTRODUCTION

August is a very productive month for the 17 boys and 18 girls of Grade II- Sampaguita. Month of
August is the Month of our National Language, “Wikang Filipino” . The Buwan Wika Celebration has the theme
“Wikang Katutubo: Tungo sa Isang Bansang Filipino”.
Teachers and learners helped each other in making the activities for this month meaningful and
successful. Pupils learned a lot from this activity.

II. ACCOMPLISHMENT

 The learners are actively participating in the class discussion.

 They enjoy participating in the learning games and other learning activities.
 Learners undergone remedial teaching.
 Learners improved in terms of recitation and writing.
 Learners have taken their First Quarter Examination
 Participated in the Classroom based Buwan ng Wika Celebration 2019
 All the learners join in the coloring contest and drawing contest during the Buwan ng Wika Celebration.
 Ambie Joy Valdez won the 1st place in the drawing contest
 Ivan James L. Valdez got the first place in coloring contest.
 Grade 2 pupils became the champion in Folk Dance contest and Group Singing.
 Participated in the School Feeding Program as recipient.
 Participated in the Film showing of the movie “Pisara”
 Prepared daily lesson log.
 Conducted remedial teaching.
 Prepared Instructional Material for motivating pupils.
 Utilized the use of Technology in teaching.
 Conducted classroom based coloring and drawing contest for Buwan ng Wika Celebration.
 Facilitate the School based Press Con Cartooning Category.
 Attended the SLAC session
 Always had a well Daily Lesson Log (DLL) base on K-12Curriculum Guide.
 Use low cost materials as teaching device and used technology as a
learning material.
 Provide new activities base on the lesson.
 Used different techniques, methods and strategies in teaching.
 Implement the new Phil IRI.
 Conducted Project AN
 First Quarter Examination were given
 Test results were properly evaluated, recorded and results were submitted on time.
 Improves classroom decorations for more conducive and motivating for learning.
 Conducted proper waste management by bringing Trash Box for each pupil.
 PTA starts the development of the Gulayan sa Paaralan.
