ACTIVITY REPORT

ACTIVITY REPORT: 1ST KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN ASSEMBLY OF BARANGAY SAN RAMON, Date: December August 11, 2018
MANOANG, PANGASINAN.
Description of the Activity:
The Katipunan ng Kabataan is an activity of the Sangguniang Kabataan of the Barangay. Based on RA 10742, SK m=Meetings (i=IRR, Rule2, Section 6, p2 – 3)
1. The SK Chairperson, as presiding officer shall convene and preside the KK assembly at least once in every six (6) months or semi - annually.
2. The KK Assembly must be participated by the SK Chairperson, SK Members, SK Secretary and SK Treasurer, all the youth in the community ages 15- 30 years old and
with the Barangay Council to be headed by the Punong Barangay if possible.

Objectives:

The objectives of the said activity are to help the SK Officials to formulate Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan for 3 years and Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program from the suggested and proposed activities/projects by the youths who are present during the assembly.

1. To open to all the projects and activities of the SK must not be only came from the SK Officials but also from the ideas and suggestions of the Katipunan ng Kabataan in
the community

2. The SK Official must be consider the proposal projects or activities of the youth sector for the productivity of the community as well as to have a proper planning and
budgeting for the allocated fund.

Lessons Learned:

1. Properly disseminate information to gather youth to participate for the said activity.

2. It is very important to seek the guidance from the higher elected officials and persons were well experienced regarding planning and budgeting.

3. Establish transparency and accuracy.
