Ministry has issued a circular RW-NH-36066/39/2015-S&R(B) dated 20.08.2015 for transparency in consultancy procurement. ‘The biding process and system of Qualifying! Disqualifying the bids based on biding document has been examined in the Ministry and it has come to the notice of Ministry that sometimes there exist minor/ clerical! rectifiable deficiencies in the documentations of bidders, which do not make any material difference in technical/financial capacity of bidder.
