The best collection of anarchy anywhere. This took the longest time for me
to write, and is personally my favorite file in XCB.

File 2 "How to Fuq AOL"

This file explains how to get Master Access on AOL, and the levels of access
on AOL.
File 3 "How to FUQ Ma' Bell"
This cuts the techo-shit of phreaking and explains how to Fuq with AT&T
without much technical shit. How to build redbox, By: Faded Life of

File 4 "Xoo's Code of Conduct in a Public/Private Place"

How to act, in different places.

File 5 "Weapons of the United States Military"

This WAS NOT WRITTEN BY ME, it was written by The United States Pentagon,
describing various weapons used by the military.

File 6 "How To Make a Stun Gun"

The Plans for this device were made by C�LWater (Find him at my board),
and the comments, and use for it were written by me. This tells you
how to make a 75,000 volt Stungun to electrocute a person, or many people.

File 7 "Security Features Used on ther New $100 Bill"

This is designed to help counterfeiters defeat the new security protections
enabled on the new $100 bill. Keep on Rolling the Fake Dough!

File 8 "How to get $30 a day from AT&T"

This file will tell you how to rip-off AT&T, and get $30 (or more!) a day from
old Ma' Bell

File 9 "How to Access Sprint/Telenet"

This file was partially written by me, and rewritten using some info
from Phrack Magazine. It tells you how to access Sprint's Telenet. NOTE,
THIS IS NOT TELNET, but TELENET a much more powerful network shit.

File 10 "The 2600/Hacker Guide"

This is one of the more helpful files that I have read. I have not written
this file, Voyager of Hacker's Haven BBS has written it. I have merely edited
some stuff to save space, (NOTHING IMPORTANT HAS BEEN TAKEN AWAY)
While reading this bear in mind that this document contains slightly outdated
info, while looking up dialups, or tel's in this keep in mind that if your
area code was changed within the last 5-10 years, look up the OLD one. I
have gotten some loops to work, but I cannot guarantee that everything here is
100%.

File 11 "Xoo's Manifesto"

This is a file, pure to my heart. This file describes my intentions, and what
a hacker is, and other shit. This is WRITTEN BY ME, and ME ALONE. No one
has helped with any portion of it, and is 100% accurate.

File 12 "The Terrorist's Handbook"

This file was written by an unknown author affiliated with CHAOS industries,
I merely edited the extra crap he wrote, and added some additional comments.
THIS IS NOT FOR ACTUAL USE, if you are planning to use this book for purposes
other than information, then get some kinda professor to build it in a lab.

File 13 "The Unabomber's Manifesto"

What is it with manifestations now-a-day's. This guy inspired me to write my
manifesto, so I would like to share my inspiration with all of you.

File 14 "ASCII ART THAT KICKS ASS"

These are 3 ascii art pic's that kick ass. The first one is Rocky Balboa, the
second is, The Dragon, and the third is an ASCII porno pic, (for all you horny
guys/kiddies out there)
File 15 "How to Build An Atomic Bomb"
This file describes what an A-BOMB is and how to build one. This wasn't
written by me, but written by some unknown dude, who is NOT affiliated with
THE ALLIANCE.

File 16 "The Terrorist's Handbook ]["

This file was written by Trailblazer of CHAOS industries, and is the sequal
to the ever popular Terrorist's Handbook. There is more pyro shit in here, so
don't fuq around with this, 'cause you'll wind up a fuqing cripple and dudes
will kick your ass or your wooden foot. (sorry h.L.)

File 17 "Phreaking, Boxing, and Kill BELL"

This file has Shit loads of Info on Phreaking shit. It has box schematics and
some are easier to build than others. Read it, but it is Long as hell...

File 18 "All You Ever Wanted to Know About TEMPEST"

No, not that fuqing Tempest 2000 game shit, but some government project that
is shrouded in secrecy, but all that is known to the public (well, actually
this is confidential, and the public ain't supposed to know) is in this file.
This file was written by some dude named Joel.

File 19 "Quotes, Poems, and Other Shit"

This file is basically here, due to the immense popularity of the small
poem I added to file #1. It is just a bunch of shit, written mostly by me,
and some by The Alliance.

Note: This is release 1.20 of XCB. There are only 18 files here, but contain
VASTLY, MORE INFO than the JRCB. Version 1.50 or Version 2.00 will be released
in about 6 mo. to a year from Feb. 01 1997, the release date of Xoo's Cookbook.

Background on XCB:

1994: first time reading Jolly Roger Cookbook. Quick glance at it, laughed.
1995: tried building a box from it, did not work, insufficent parts.
1996: read JRCB, carefully, JRCB does,in fact, contain some useful info.
mid 1996: idea of XCB conceived by Xoo. TA supports idea, helps out,
makes it an offical TA project.
Dec. 1996: 10 files in XCB
Jan 31, 1997: 17 files in XCB
Feb. 01 1997: Released to newsgroup alt.2600, Friends, my web page, and sent
by e-mail to various sources who req'ed it.
March 16, 1997: Started v2.00 (1.20), added some more files, and updated the
old ones.
April Fools Day: Fuqed around with phones, scanning for numbers, added files.
