exhibitions in last 18 months.

The Udaipur Flea is a first of its kind festival that aims to bring people
from various fields of music, food, fashion, entertainment all under one
comman platform. A three day affair will be full of shopping , fun &
entertainment with expected over 80 pop up brands from across the
country. The entry to the event will be free and we are expecting high
footfall from our regular patrons from last 3 city-based events and
Udaipurites from diverse backgrounds and vocations.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The procedure of booking stall proceeds after the complete participation amount
is received by the organizer. It is mandatory to make complete payment within 2
business days. Participant opting for online transaction are requested to share the
soft copy after making the payment to confirm the booking. The management of
The Udaipur Flea accepts payment via online and offline mode.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Stall booking will be considered as completed only after full payment is received
at the time of the booking

No cancellation will be accepted once booking is confirmed & no refunds will be

made under any circumstances

In case the stall is cancelled due to misbehaviour of the exhibitor , money paid
against the stall shall not be adjusted or refunded to the exhibitor

The exhibitors will make payment in full without deduction . If at all the payments
are due before the exhibition, the organizer reserves the rights to refuse
the rights of admission to the exhibition

The management holds authority to cancel and return the amount paid for the
booking inspite of participant having completed all formalities
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In the case of cancellation of booked & registered stall before 30
Days of the event (10th September 2019) is entitled for 50% refund
from the total amount of stall.

No cancellation will be accepted once booking is confirmed &

no refunds will be made under any circumstance

Request for cancellation or refund post mentioned date won’t be

entertained by the management.

EVENT PROTOCAL /
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Exhibitors are requested to be aware that the floor plan is tentative and Dream
Catchers reserves the right to make changes under any circumstances

Exhibitors will be solely responsible for the safety of their products , although
24*7 security arrangements are done by Dream Catchers

We request all the exhibitors not to put Discount / Sale / Price Tags in the stall as
other exhibitors may object for the same & organizer will not entertain the same

No Standies / Banners / Posters will be placed at the exhibition premises by the

exhibitors of their respective brands , as this will not be entertained by the
organizer & if at all found done by the exhibitor then a penailty will be charged

All exhibitors are requested not to ask for stall amount discounts as they are
applicable same for each & everyone
Dream Catchers will not accept any consequential liability in the case event is
cancelled / change in venue & dates arising from circumstances beyond human
control

Full fabricated stalls will be handed over to the exhibitors on opening day at
7.00 am . It is compulsory for the exhibitors to occupy only space allotted to them
& not to occupy the passage in any circumstance . Any extra space needed by the
exhibitor will be charged extra

The exhibitor will not assign or transfer the benefit of the agreement or permit
any other person to use stall without prior consent of the organizer

All exhibitors are requested to maintain the decorum at the premises else Dream
Catchers reserves the rights to cancel the stall before or during the event without
assigning reasons for the same.

All exhibitors are requested to discuss their product line with the organizer at
the time of bookings.
