Reflections from the 138th Annual

Dr. Kline Johnson and Mrs. Dinah Bundrick were recognized for their
faithful service to the MBA through the Johnson Center for Family and
Pastoral Care. They will retire December 31.
Homecoming: Gospel Above All
Thank you! Your prayers, encouragement, and
commitment made this year’s Homecoming a success. We
rejoice in all the Lord did as our associational family
gathered to worship the risen Lord on November 4.
Pastor Kenny Grant of Calvary Baptist
• Approximately 400 men, women, and children Temple in Savannah, GA
attended, and three new churches were added to the
MBA.
• The MBA Hallelujah Choir blew us away with their 150
voices leading us in worship.
• The Missions Fair was filled with joy, laughter, and
good food, as well as information given by over 30
missionaries and their friends who came to share.
This overflowed into the children’s missions hour as
they stocked the shelves of the River Region Rolling
Store and prayed for the community.
• Pastor Kenny Grant took us to Jesus with his rousing
sermon that left a deep impact and resolve to rest in
the promise that Jesus will build His church!

May God be honored and receive glory for all He has
done! Together We Can!

Dr. Daniel Gillenwater (The Church at

Eastern Oaks) completed his term as the
MBA moderator.

Special thanks to Dalraida Baptist church staff and volunteers, the MBA Hallelujah choir, soloists, and orchestra members, the music
minister team, and the program participants for exemplifying servant leadership and making this a true time of rejoicing in God’s Dr. D’Linell Finley (Southlawn) received the
faithfulness! gavel as the new moderator for the MBA.
