STRESS
Nowadays, stress is a common problem in
modern life. Most students are experiencing this, even
me. Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical. It can
come from any event or thought that makes you feel
frustrated, angry, or nervous. When people think of
stress they think it’s bad thing which isn’t true, some
stress is just your body’s reaction to certain situations.
And not all stress have a bad effect, sometimes there is
a positive effect. But if you are fully stress, that you
didn’t know what to do and it’s not good anymore.
There are days that I feel stress and
sometimes I experience it everyday, when there are things that makes me think. Stress in school
and house, because of paper works, projects, family problems and others. Actually, it starts or I
get it in school because of so many things to do, sometimes I don’t know what to do especially if
the task is hard for me, even though I can do time management there are times that you will have
a hard time to do some works and sometimes I need to sacrifice my sleep to finish all of that. I
ask myself why I am doing this? Even though I am very sleepy, hungry, and sometimes I get
headache or sick. It is ok for me and I ignore all of it. Because I always think, when I finished or
solved this simple paper works or problems, I feel so happy and proud of myself. Because for
me, this is an achievement to myself. But, my mom always remembered me that “Don’t stress
yourself it’s just a paper works or problems, It cannot affect your success instead make your
stress be the way to success, enjoy being a student and entertain yourself sometimes". I feel so
relieved when I always hear that to my mom. And I realized that there are good result of your
being stress but not too much stress because too much stress can result to depression.
This certificate of achievement is a symbol
of my hardwork. I proved that, having a stress can result
to achievement. Do not fully stress yourself. Try to enjoy
and have fun. Actually, there many times that I choose
to give up because I am fully stress and I don’t know
what to do. But, this is for me and for my family so I
keep fighting. So students, do not easily give up there
are always a solution to your problems. And remember
all your problems can be solved and finished because
God is with us. He will not forsake us rather he will be
our guide.
