Introduction
The brief overview highlights some of the key features faced by
the children and women , and provides suggestions and options
for addressing these barriers within the context of two key
areas:-

Education and Employment.

Education and Employment support a significant change which

will undoubtedly impact the children and women’s of NGO’s.
Given the high number of children and women who are not
educated , this is likely to impact more on them as they may take
longer to access suitable education and employment which
allows them to move away from income based benefits.

Question may arise “ Is Government really supporting and

focusing on these goals ? “

If yes then why development in NGO’s is not visible to people

and if no then how much more time the Government needs ?
Problem identification and cause of the problem

Some of the major problems that I noticed was :-

Lack of infrastructure , lack of good teachers and space.

The cause of the problems according to me was the poor

governance of the Government because if we look at all
these problems they are related to the Government only
and the one which I most hated was the problem of the
teachers . Government appoints those teachers which
according to me were not appropriate among 5 working
days they came only once that too for half day then too
they are hired by the Government on high wages . So
seeing all the aspects according to me the Government is
responsible for all the problem.
Objective to be achieved

After seeing all the problems according to me there is not

a single objective to be achieved there are many
objectives to be achieved . Some of the major

objectives to be achieved are:-

• The lack of infrastructure : this is also one the main

objective to be achieved and this could be achieved
by raising funds from peoples as well as the
government.
• Better education : this is the other objective to be
achieved and this could be achieved by drawing the
attention of the government towards the bad
quality of education.
• Employment : this is another aspect and can be
achieved by giving them employment in different
sectors in which they are skilled which will raise
their confidence.
Various steps taken to achieve the objective

The various steps taken to achieve the objective are

as follows :-

1) Lack of funds - Many NGOs find it difficult to

garner sufficient and continuous funding for their
work. Gaining access to appropriate donors is a
major component of this challenge. They may have
limited resource mobilization skills locally, so instead
they wait for international donors to approach them.
Current donors may shift priorities and withdraw
funding. So going home to home and some other
private institutes for raising funds wad the first step
that we took to achieve a goal of considerable
amount of fund so that they can’t only depend on
the international donors to approach them.
2) Absence of strategic planning – Many NGO’s suffer
from the lack of cohesive, Strategic plan that would
facilitate success in their activities and mission. This
renders them unable to effectively raise and
capitalize on financial support. So approaching the
experts to ask them to have sessions with planning
team was our another step to help improve the
strategic planning so that we can raise more funds
and have a better infrastructure
3) Effective governance and networking – A lack of
effective governance is all too common in NGO’s.
Many have a deficit of understanding as to why they
must have a board and how to set one up . A
founder may be too focused on running the NGO for
their own purposes however governance is
foundation to transparency. Poor or disorganized
networking is another major challenge, as it can
cause duplicated efforts, time inefficiencies,
conflicting strategies and an inability to learn from
experience. The more NGOs communicate with one
another, with International Non-Governmental
Organizations (INGOs) and with the community at
large, the more effective all of them can be.
However, many NGOs perceive NGOs as hindering or
even threatening to their goals and missions. Many
NGOs do not maximize the use of current
technologies that could facilitate better
communication and networking. More effective use
of technology can assist NGOs in staying abreast of
important regional, national and global concerns.
Lack of technology – It is an era of technology where
you not need to go to someone to showcase your
talent. NGO’s greatly suffer from technology where
if someone want to study they couldn’t or to start
their own business can’t. they even don’t know
about technology . This was our one of the major
step where we introduced technology to them and
started telling them the use of the technology.
4) Lack of space – Space is a very big concern in the
NGO, there are only two small rooms where only
limited children and women’ s may adjust . So going
to government offices and some local contractors
we asked for some more space for the NGO.

Effectiveness of the project

If we talk about the effectiveness of the project we got to

major breakthroughs . Firstly the technology :we were
able to collect ample smartphones by raising funds
through local people where some shopkeepers also
participated and helped us and showed their interest
towards these helpless children and women’s.

Another major breakthrough came when a local

contractor Mr. Ramesh Paliwal came and donated his
one acre land for the NGO . It was a memorable moment
for me as well as the children and the women’s of the
NGO. We were not able to achieve what we had
expected but what we achieved may be a starting for
them where the children and women’s can start their
new lives.

Conclusion
NGOs play a vital role in shaping the future of the
country. society for generations to come. Over the past
two decades, with their rich expertise in bringing about a
change in the lives of backward communities and an
experience in campaigning, NGOs have brought about a
holistic change in the socio-economic landscape of India.
Donate to these NGOs and do your bit for the
underprivileged children of the country. With such
numerous possibilities, helping an NGO is simply a matter
of intent. You can support a charity, either as a donor, a
volunteer, or a corporate social responsibility (CSR)
investor. There are tens of thousands of charitable
organizations in India, all addressing diverse causes. The
environment, children, education, economic
growth, cleanliness - no matter what you find
meaningful, there's an NGO working on it right now. And
sooner or later, you’ll have enough money to donate,
making your contribution even easier and more
meaningful
