SELF-CONCEPT INVENTORY
Take a look at oyur own self-concept and answer the following
self-concept inventory in your journal. Give youself a rating using the scale: 0 = very
weak; 1 = weak; 2 = somewhat weak; 3 = strong; 4 = very strong

Look at the result of yourself concept inventory.
1. In what areas do you consider your self strong? (with score 14-16) or
somewhat weak (10-13) and very weak (below 10)
2. Are these qualities you consider as your weakness but other people
consider as your strenght? What are these? Check with a partner.
3. How realistic is your self-image?
4. To what extent those it reflect your real self?

*there is negotiation that exist between the two selves whoch is complex, because there are
numerous exchanges between the ideal and actual self
*the incourgence or lack of aligment will result in anxiety
* the personality development modules aim is greater self-konwledge and will lead to higher
alignment between to paersonality domains.

Interview atleast 5 peers and ask about his/her goal with other people. What are
his/her technique in accepting his/her strength and limitation.
