In March 2014, Manuel informed her sister Leni that they have to settle the properties left by their parents as provided for in the holographic will. The holographic will provided that property where Rod and Leni were staying was left to Manuel. The mortgage was made without the knowledge of Leni and had a written consent signed by Mario dated February 2013. Manuel informed Leni about this which made her furious. Manuel filed a counter suit for forgery and mortgage without the consent of Leni. Manuel further learned that Rob was already in default for he has not paid any of the mortgage and a for the foreclosure of mortgage has been filed by the Alejo couple. In June 2014, Leni went to Cebu to inspect one of their projects. She met Bonita Rugista, one of their Cebu Real estate Agents. Leni was surprised to meet. a “Rugista” considering that the said family name is not common and that she met already all the relatives of Rob from Davao and the Italy, She was more surprised to learn that Bonita’s husband is a lawyer from Davao. Both were shocked to know that they have the same husband. Rob married Bonita in a civil ceremony celebrated by Judge Juan de La Cruz June 12, 2013. They have a year old son. Upon Leni’s return to Manila that Thursday, she wanted to confront Rob but he had left for Cebu which was his regular routine to visit their Cebu Office every Thursday and and returns to Manila Monday morning. Upon her return from Cebu, another shock confronted her. Bernadette informed Leni that she is pregniant for she was raped twice byRob when Leni was out of town. She could not report the incited for Rob threatened to kill them both. Bernadette know that Rob has a bad temper and owns a gun. Leni filed a case of bigamy and rape against Rob. Rob had his own defense. Being a prominent lawyer, the case was published in the newspapers. Amanda, a teacher from Davao was shock to know that Rob was married. Amanda thought that Rob was single for he showed her divorce papers obtained from Havana in 2010. She married him in at the San Pedro Church in Davao in June 2011, with reception in the bride’s house in Davao. They have a 3 year old son. Amanda filed a bigamy charged also. File cases against Rob.
