property which needs periodic maintenance. Property managers with less than 20 units rarely

 Finding suitable Shop: Finding the best shop is very challenging, the location of the
shop plays an important role to attract clients.

 Competitors: Home owner usually hire those people that they know or they are familiar
with, here we are at minority that we have to face great challenge to attract clients. Also,
there are many handymen who offer services at lower prices.

We want to aim for revenue after two years later from now, currently our primary purpose is
to collect some loyal client & gain the trust of our clients. After that we want to maximize our
