Introduction :

Arabic language is the most spoken language and one of the most spread languages in the world.
More than 467 million people speak Arabic and located in the Arab world besides to many other
neighboring regions such as Ahvaz, turkey, chad, Mali, Senegal, Eritrea, Ethiopia, south Sudan
and Iran. Thus, it ranks fourth or fifth most widely spoken language in the world, and fourth in
terms of number of its users on the internet. Arabic is of the utmost importance to Muslims; it is
sacred to them as it is the language of the Qur’an and prayer and essential in many Islamic
worship and rituals. Arabic is also a major ritualistic language to a number of Christian churches
in the Arab world, and many of the most important Jewish religious and intellectual works of the
middle ages has been written in Arabic. The status of Arabic has risen due to the spread of Islam
worldwide. It has become the language of politics, science and literature for centuries in
Muslim-ruled lands and many of its terms have been introduced to English and other languages,
such as admiral, tariff, alcohol, algebra and star names. It is also taught formally and informally in
.Muslim and African countries bordering the Arab world

This book is intended for non-Arabic speaker beginners, and it is your first step to learn the

 Couscous r​ ecipe​:

Ingredients:

Three cups of water.

Half a kilogram of mixed-use flour.

1 teaspoon of nutmeg and cinnamon

Sugar powder - as desired -.

Teaspoon of salt.

Two tablespoons of ghee.

Raisins, almonds for garnish

Preparation​: mix the water and salt thoroughly. Put the flour in a bowl, then pour a
little salted water over it, mix it with the other hand, and continue to pour the water, and
mix until we get the rice-like grain of flour. Blend the flour mixture in the electric blender
until it becomes small granules. Put the mixture in the couscous cooker pot, and cook for
half an hour steamed until cooked. Heat the ghee in a bowl on the fire, heat the couscous in
it, then put the nutmeg, powdered sugar, raisins, almonds, and cinnamon over it, and
servehot
