Not received refund from zomato.Rs.922.

I ordered food from Zomato,but the


restaurant cancelled it due to non availability of food items.The total cost is INR
922,I had been continuously following up via email they only provide complaint id
but have not resolved it yet.Also all their contact details on website are not
active or not valid this is a serious issue which also needs to be taken care.Await
for your kind support. Thank you.
As it was a good offer in santushti shakes & more which is located in
Subhanpura,Ellora park,I ordered 2 waffles and when I received my food item,I had
4-5 bites and suddenly I see an insect..any I can tell that was huge an half the
insect was already in my stomach.I have also shared the pictures of the food item.I
need a very strict action from food department side to take against this food shop.

This is in reference to my visit to a popular restaurant in Hyderabad.The
restaurant has charged Rs. 70 for a cold drink and Rs. 50 for a water bottle, when
the MRP is mentioned as Rs. 20. When asked the captain about the issue, he said
it’s a three star hotel and can charge.Please look into the issue and whom should
we approach to complain.Attached is the bill with the water bottle they provided.
Actually swiggy doesn’t care about customer. Value: 284,Swiggy,I placed order at
7:33 pm and they delivered at 9:15 pm.During that time I told them to cancel order
as it was taking too long and I was going outside to eat,still they delivered at
home when I was not there.And even more, I ordered chicken biryani and they gave
egg biryani, still no refund or compensation.

When I tried to contact Oyo customer care, they said that though your booking was
confirmed, the hotel was sold out. And you won’t be able to stay at that property.
This is the sheer negligence from the Oyo team and The property owner as I have
booked more than 25 days ago and till then, a lot of rooms were vacant and
suddenly 2 days before my trip I am getting this message. They are also not
providing some different rooms on the same charge. So, they have spoilt my trip.

Please note we book in advance with full payment on 8th May 2019 hotel Tourist Nest
in old Manali for 2night and 3days check-in date 3rd June 2019 for 5 member with 2
rooms from goibibo. We also received confirmation of booking from goibibo. But once
we reach hotel for check-in on 3rd June 2019 hotel denied for any booking. We
called goibibo customer care they provide us the request id and assured that they
will sort this issue in but after half an hour they said all nearby hotels are
booked and are unable to help me and asked me to find another hotel by myself. Our
whole day and lot of money was wasted for looking another hotel with family b’coz
prices were too high we found a room which was too costly out of our budget. After
wasting my whole trip of manali goibibo is still not returned our booking money and
additional expenses its almost 2 month passed. We are rigorously following up with
them but they are saying only one thing our team will call u and refund the amount
and compensation but not a single call received from their side till date. We have
all the communication with them for proof. Please help us on priority
"Me and my wife were holidaying in Goa on 24.11.2018 in Calangute area of Goa when
we were trapped and mislead by staff of Club Jiva to attend a short presentation
about their company. We were taken to Hotel Blossom suites where they made many
fake promises and brain washed us in the name of free gifts/free holidays to take
their membership. They showed their website and orally promised that in case we
change our mind we can cancel the policy freely in 7 days. Later when we realised
our mistake we intimated them immediately on the same day to cancel it via mails
and phone calls. Since then they are making false promises and not cancelling our
policy. We have sent many emails and phone calls to Mr. Yxxxxs and HR Ms.Mxxxxxa
Sxxxxxxa but they are not refunding our amount (Rs82,250/-) . Apart from this they
have many other ways to fool people so We request you to take strict action against
them for cheating common people and blacklist them from doing any more cheat.
We have call records and email records if you wish us to submit concrete evidence."
"I booked hotel sri maharaja inn, dwarka nagar, Vishakhapatnam through Make My Trip
from 17th Dec 2018 to 24th Dec 2018. The hotel owner was v vocal about his
displeasure with make my trip about payment issues. He offered us v limited
services as well.
On 18th Dec the hotel caused inconvenience to us for no logical reason on 3
different occasions.On my frantic requests to MMT I was given partial refund and
left on road to look for another hotel in a completely unknown place. We were
sssured that a strict action will be initiated against the property. We managed.Now
when I asked MMT about the action taken, they offer me the false and factually
incorrect arguments as offered by the hotel owner. It’s going to be 30 days v soon.
I want some redresaal of the himiliatationa dn inconvenience I have been put
through because of MMT."
I ordered for a pizza from Dominos restaurant which is located in coles road fraser
town through Online payment on 09-12-2018. Where as after half an hour i receive a
call stating that the pizza cannot be delivered to my location as it is Non-
serviceable zone and hence i have to collect it from the Richards town which is 1
KM far from my location. I tried calling the Coles road branch support and spoke to
the superiors no one were ready to listen my query. Its pathetic service which i
had to go through and will never recommend Dominos in my entire lyf.
On 22 September I was placed order of food on food panda & paid 277.20/- through
paytm. Order cancelled after wait some time due to delay, I got confirmation of
cancel. Till now I didn’t get refund. For refund I communicate with help desk of
foodpanda they only say wait for 7 working days but not give satisfied response or
solve the issue.
I had been to kanatal resort of club mahindra since in this resort there are only
hotel unit which accomodate 2 adults i was asked by them to pay 1500 + tax for a
bed in the room which i refused to pay as when they sell a membership the minimum
room size they say is studio which accomodates 3 persons. they asked me to take 2
rooms which i said was not fair as i would unnecessarily eat away my inventory.
then the person whom i was speaking to told me to use 2 rooms and he would get the
extra inventory used credited to my account he sent me a email to this effect. on
the 31st of july i receive an email from rxxxxu pxxxxxxr from their member
experience management saying they will not credit my account i cant believe this
and am shocked that despite having an email from them this is their attitude. i am
a purple 1 br member. am digusted with their attitude
I visited Zaffran restaurant in Inorbit Mall, Vashi and ordered for 3 bottles of
Bisleri mineral water. The MRP as printed on each bottle is Rs 19. While this is
the MRP, we were billed a total of Rs 258 (86 per bottle) + 5% GST on the same.
When we asked them to bill as per MRP, they refused and said that this has to be
paid.
"I booked room through Yatra.com for 22dec- 25 Dec.at Sri Sai Manglam guest house,
Jaipur. When I reached hotel around 12 at bite I found very pathetic condition at
hotel.
1- My room at 4 floor in hotel without lift.
2- no light in full corridors.
3-Rooms are full of smally of cigarettes smoke.
4- No proper cleaning
5- washroom is out side the room in very bad condition.
6-room wall get hole and cold air come from outside.
7- manager behavior is very bad.
8- they asked me for cancel the booking and leave from hotel at night around 12:30
or pay 800 rs for another room.
9- I asked and mail to yatra.com regarding this they didn’t get any satisfied reply
from there side also they said me don’t cancel the booking we will arrange
something else but no call come from their side.
10- They denied for returning amount."
"I have booked hotel “Vatika Inn” in Udaipur through FabHotels website. The booking
was done for 3 days from dates 29th December 2017 to 1st January 2018. I have done
booking in September 2017 and screenshot is attached for my confirmed booking, I
paid all the money in advance through credit card. On 2nd of December 2017 I called
hotel to inquire something and they told me that they have delisted the Fabhotels
and my booking will not be entertained. I was surprised since nobody informed me
through email if phone call from Fabhotels that my booking is cancelled. Then,
since that day I am calling their customer care representatives and nobody is
responding. They have looted me and spoiled my holidays. My tickets for traveling
are also confirmed and I have no place to stay in Udaipur. If I book a new hotel
then at such short notice the prices are very high. If I cancel my tickets then
also my money will be lost. Apart from this I have taken holidays from office as
well.
I am very disturbed mentally due to this financial loss as well as hurt emotionally
since we planned this holiday to celebrate first birthday of my daughter. They are
not taking the matter seriously as they do not value their customers.
I request Honorable court to take strong action against Fabhotels and help me in
getting compensation of all the loss that occurred due to their unprofessionalism.

a rat running on the deck of Chaayos, but still no action was taken from them."
This complaint is regarding the poor customer service with high customer
dissatisfaction by the Radisson Blu Hotels, kaushambi, Delhi NCR, India. I am
disappointed by the poor hospitality service provided by the employees of the
Hotel, who have gone against what has been committed to me prior to the offer of
membership. Being a member i have a benefit to book a Standard Room in the above
said Hotel, but they continuously neglected my reservation for the room, and
tricked me by narrating stupid stories, one confirms the availability yet the other
one simply hang up on me. Such kind of service is a shame on the Hotel Brand name.
They dont even have any consumer complaint department or any contact information on
their website or anywhere else.
Hotels.com has used some other currency in place of INR and also used incorrect
symbols to quote the price like they used 239.440,00 Rp as price of one of the
rooms, which normally means 239.44 Rp but it actually costed me 239440 Rp….Which
made me loss a huge amount while booking the room. I need my money back.please look
into the issue
I have bought a promo card from the jmd hospitality for the regenta hotel’s free
food and cash vouchers, for which I have firstly confirmed with the hotel and they
said me its true. But now they are telling me that this promo card and vouchers are
invalid as the hotel is changed to starotel. And thay will not entertain the cost
of this card which I have paid to their executive. Plz look after this as I m
cheated by the top most 3 star hotel of my city.
I had the most horrific experience in this so called reputed hotel in a divine city
of Shirdi. I am a regular visitor to Shirdi and have always been a guest of Sun n
Sand in Shirdi . However, in my last trip, I had a terrible experience in their
restaurant. In the evening, I ordered food at their coffee shop from SLICE OF
ITLAY. I had ordered for a penne pasta amongst other things, and I noticed a dead
cockroach in my pasta after consuming half of the dish. I informed the wait staff
and they refused to call the General Manager of the hotel ,Mr. K.N Pxxxxxe. Upon my
insistance to call him, the staff all had different excuses for his absence. Next
morning during check-out, when I approached the GM of the hotel, MR. K.N PxxxxE, he
showed the most nasty and rude behavior by saying “you can do whatever you want to
do, we will refuse to accept this and erase all kinds of evidence, and if at all
anything happened to you after eating that pasta, we would have TAKEN YOU IN AN AIR
AMBULANCE!!” He added that “it’s just a small mistake and not a big deal which you
are making it to be.” I have videos and photos of the entire ordeal as evidence.
I need to make a complaint regarding KFC service in Bangalore, RT Nagar store. The
Rice Bowl Chicken popcorn and chicken popcorn was very bad at taste… not even 50%
of its standard. i am very fond of chicken popcorn and rice bowl but after todays
experience it spoiled my evening.. thought of enjoying but came with bitter
experience. i need to make this message clear to KFC quality team that please make
sure the store are providing the right quality of food all over your stores. ..
this store is now deleted from my list completely. if you want something the you
have to give something to your customers. I have already field complaint to
company. I have attached my bill and with address and store pic.. KFC and KFC
quality team you need to do something series about this.. expecting some good
response from KFC
With reference to itinerary number 1065222427 issued by expedia.co.in, I booked two
hotel rooms in Munnar in Wispering Meadows. Expedia charged for Super Delux rooms
but advised hotel for Delux rooms. We also have email from hotel stating the same.
When contacted expedia.co.in, it says it will revert but no action on refund. I
felt cheated and it was quite embarrassing for me waiting in hotel for
clarification along with my family and friends.
"I’d purchased the cake from a local Monginis outlet at ghatkopar station west on
the occassion of Mother’s day.
We had invited guests. After the celebration. Cakes were distributed to all the
guest but to our surprise cream was bitter and cake not that fluffy as it be
normally.
We returned the cake to that monginis outlet and further it was returned to the
company but they declared the cake as normal and said that they will refund only
100 Rs.
Further to this i tried calling call centre and dropped email to them but there was

"I have booked room at hotel broadway darjeeling for the period 10th to 14th june
2012, via Ezee Cloud Booking on 2nd June 2012.On the same day night one
representative of Ezee Cloud Booking called me up & said booking cannot be
confirmed as rooms are not available. I asked for refund, but they refunded only
92%, of the amount after 15 days; that is also after repeated follow up; saying
rest are service charge. Now how they charge service charge when they cannot
deliver what they have advertised. This is clear picture of unfair trade practices.
I want the amount refund along with interest.
Now Ezee Cloud Bookings has stopped responding.

On last 13 septembor 2012 we boarded the Asha Hotel of New Digha.But during our
stay time,after noon onwards they suddenly start heavy noisy construction work on
the room exactly above our room and it was almost become impossible to stay at the
room due to that.after several request and warnning even,hotel management didnt
agreed to stop neither they were agreed to change the room.instead of that they
advice to vacate the room. so, let me know what can i do? Can i take any legal
steps against them? Kindly suggest.
Le Royale Resindency Pune has sold Holiday membership one year back. Later on after
9 months, we came to know that there is no affiliation between Le Royal Residency
and RCI and we are not going to have RCI card so no holiday membership. They took
total Rs 54,400/- out of which so far they have refunded Rs 25000/- but for
remaining amount there is no response. Their GM says that directors are directly
dealing and they have intention to refund but when .. no answer. It’s case of
breach of trust, fraud and on a consistent harassment. I keep on calling these
people but they hardly bother to call me back and suggest me the time line when
would I get my hard earned money back. The earlier refund of Rs 25000/- also I got
after a consistent follow up in the month of sep12 ( after 10 months of agreement.
We have all agreement made on stamp papers. Please help me getting my hard earned
money with appropriate compensation. Thanks !
Myself Mahendra Kiran, i have booked hotel room(Rukmini Riviera) on 25th Jan for 1
Night Stay(26th jan – 27th jan) through the website [http://www.hotels.com/] and
paid the total amount for the room and i got the confirmation number[Hotels.com
Confirmation Number:111582288213]. when i Visited the hotel on 26th jan and the
receptionist confirmed me that there is no booking made on my name throught the
site. I called back to Hotels.com Customer Care 4 times and they didnt respond they
made me to wait for an hour infornt of the hotel and they are keeping my call away
by saying me to be onhold.After an Hour i thought its fake so i decided myself to
pay again for the hotel room for the stay. I even kept complaint the hotels.com
through mails, but still no reply from them..
I had done booking by paying Rs2500/- as booking amount in River touch resort-
karjat for our marriage anniversary. We want to make our anniversary memorable but
we hardly knew about its rooms since the rooms were not featuring in their website.
The resorts was too too far and extremely into interiors. The map shown in the
website was also very deceptive. When we finally reached the place we saw that the
rooms were pathtetic and shabby including spittings on the wall and cockroaches in
the bed. We left the resort within 2hrs without utlising any of their service. The
resort owner said that there would be cancellation charges to the tune of 50%. I
need full refund of the money paid thats the reason the complaint is done.
"I had been to a bar & restaurant “FORK N CORK” and was charged with a bill of
1440,V.A.T amount of 103.60,Service Tax @ 3.71% of 53.00, Service Charge of 72.00
with a round off of 0.40 giving a net total amount of 1669.00. We asked regarding
the reason for a service charge inspite of service tax but were not given a proper
reply and were forced to pay the bill by the hotel authorities.

"I went to Sri Kalahasti, where i took a double non a/c room in Prakash Residency,
which costs Rs:600 + 10% on 12-June-2013 9:00AM. paid Rs 700 (I got a receipt,which
has been torn while check-out by the staff) I Check-out on the same day at 02:30PM.
When i asks for a bill, they simply told that we don’t issue bill, when i insist
for the bill, they told that new bill book has to bring from other place which will
take 1 hrs. As i have to catch bus at 3:00PM from there, left the lodge with out
bill.
I think this is one of the point where black money is generating.
I am requesting the concern authority to look into the issue and take necessary

A complaint against a mother dairy shop attendant in sector 1 noida shop number
18831. The person miss behaves with the customer and rejects giving the products if
one doesn’t have a change every time. i have been witnessing this since long and
others too. each single time when asked for any product worth any denomination if
not having change he simply says no, we don’t have it, even product is present in
the refrigerator tough. i would like you to look in to the matter.
I was staying in IBIS airport hotel, mumbai from 22 jan 13 to 10 02 13 & i checked
out on 11 02 13 after settling my bill amount, when i saw my credit card statement
i was shocked to see that an additional amount of rs=15615.59 was charged to my
card date of the transaction was 14 02 13 i was in pune at this time & card was
with me. Then i started to call the hotel to settle my amount. After severe follow
up they started avoiding my call & falsely promising for which i have proof with
me. After severely been harrased from them. I wrote a mail stating them that i will
lodge a complaint against them in the consumer court. Then they settled my amount.
Severe action should be taken against the hotel management for stealing my card
information & transacting with out my knowledge & for harrasing me. i have gone
through severe stress & also have had sleepless night because of their fraudulent
transaction.
I have taken a youth hostel association’s life long membership in the month of
october 2012. I have paid the required amount (around Rs 1000/-) through credit
card via online system. Payment deducted sucessfully from my credit card and they
intimate me that i got the lifelong membership and soon they will despatch the
membership card. Since last 6 months they didn’t send me the membership card after
many repeated reminders for card, they are asking from me what is my temporary
membership id. I never received anything. I have all emails related with
communication. Please help me to get my money back with due compensation since i
didn’t use their facility of youth hostel accomodation since last 6 months.
I had booked Hotel Lemon Tree, City Center, Gurgaon through hotel site for my stay
in the hotel from 13th till 15th Feb, 2013 . While booking, I gave my credit card
details( Not the CVV No) which I believed would be charged in case of last minute
cancellation by me. However the hotel charged my card account for Rs. 12216. I
wrote a mail to the hotel explaining that this is against RBI mandate dated 01st
May, 2012. However the hotel didn’t accept this as an issue. I once again spoke to
hotel team during my stay in the hotel on 13th Feb but they didn’t reply to my
queries. I would like to raise the complaint against the hotel for charging my card
account prior to my stay in the hotel which is against RBI mandate.
I made a hotel booking by expedia for shimla in hotel sunrise on dates 2-6 oct’14
and booking done successfully by expedia at 24 septemeber , on my surprise I
recieved a sms from hotel at 1st oct that hotel can not be booked please contact
expedia, when i called to hotel for explaination , hotel manager said he already
informed to expedia that hotel will not accept any booking made after 16th
septemeber even than they booked hotel for you so its their fault please contact
them. I called to expedia several hours and all the time they were transferring my
call to different dept. I told expedia please provide a solution as i have not much
time just tomrrow I will have to travel. I received no call as solution from them i
kept calling again and again in they give me some option like change your dates or
go to some other location for holiday which was not possible for me. finally time
has passed and i got no rectification no call from them and i had to cancell my
travel. i want a full compensation of mental stress and financial loss made by
expedia.
Recently I visited Sector 29, Gurgaon Pizza Hut. While I was paying the bill I
noticed that I have been charged VAT on service charge which was 10%. To my
knowledge service charge is not a VAT chargeable amount. When I bought the same
concern to Manager’s notice the Manager was not able to explain the billing to me
We want to Aura veggie lounge, Saharanpur on 13th of January. We placed an order of
some chaat & chinese food. our order number was H-44. Some stuff was left so we
asked the waiter to pack our food but he refused to do so. In spite of charging
service tax he said ” hum log pack nahe karte hai”. These people charged so much of
service tax from the customer even then they do not provide us the service.
"I made a booking for 18th Jan in Hotel Pushpak in Bhubaneswar through
HotelPushpak,com. After making the payment I received email from them saying no
rooms available and giving other hotel choice. Now I am asking them to cancel the
booking and revert the payment but no reply from them.
I am a sr citizen lady aged 66 yrs and visiting Bhubaneswar with my sister.
Presently I am not in India and will Mumbai on 10th Jan 15. I request you to do the

I Gaurav Singh stay in USA, my wife went to one restaurant in Hinjwadi Pune, She
ordered a FANTA and it was served in glass bottle, when she finished 1/4 th of it,
she observed a rusted blade in that, she was immediately rushed to her doctor to
consult what if that blade is infected with HIV or other deadly virus. It is for
sure the complete blade was inserted deliberately. She went there for refreshment
but now scared about the infection.

This is a complaint against the resturent ‘Walk In The Woods’ siturated in Sec-4,
Vaishali, Ghaziabad (UP). On my food bill amount they charged more than 28% of
taxes (Service Charge 8%, Food VAT 14%, Beveraged VAT 14%, Service Tax 4.94%) which
costed my Rs. 546 on Bill of 1920. This amount of tax seems to be very
unreasonable. As per my knowleged, total service tax amounts to about 14%. Please
Guide.
I have been gifted a fully transferable paid membership card with discounted
vouchers which states that it can be used to avail discounted hotel privilages
(Vits Hotel – Andheri (E) Mumbai till 30th March 2015. From the beginning of
March , I have telephonically contacted the hotel to confirm my usage of discount
vouchers. I have been told that the card and vouchers are invalid. On sending my
wife once and my family friends peon once to the hotel , they were told that it is
valid. Once again to confirm my visit, i telephoned the hotel, in the first
instance only to be kept on hold with no response. On second instance i was once
again told that my card was invalid. I have sent them a complain letter by email
and by post detailing the above matter. please guide further.

facings room in Victoria club hotel in Puri from 27th March to 31st March 2015 for
4 days and for that I had paid Rs 7475 in advanced by cash in their respective
Kolkata booking office, Tourist Corner, Chartered bank building, 4 N S Road,
Kolkata- 01 by Mr RXXXn DXXs.But due to some unavoidable circumstances I want to
postpone the booking date. I already have send a mail to Victoria club Hotel, Puri
but they didn’t reply me. Kolkata booking office “Tourist Corner” did not postpone
the booking date and not refund the amount.

I have stayed hotel Vani, Durg, Chattishgar pin 4902728. from 29.09.15- 30.09.15.
According to the system of the hotel checking out system is for 24 hours. According
to them I have crossed 2 hrs in hotel and charged me the next days full payment and
I have to pay it. According to their Tarif free WI FI service should available but
on 29.09.15 the service was completly off and on 30.09.15 I was unable to take the
service of Wi-FI. I have requested them to reduce the bill but management does care
my request. No waiter or any staff of the hotel inform me about the system of
hotel. Other than the quality of bathroom was very bad, water dropping in bathroom.
I have requested for reapering bathroom and to conect wifi but no help comes to me
from the hotel responsibilities. But they charged me full. My Bill No is 2015B1751.
I had booked two rooms-405 and 411 through internet to stay with my family in
Amrapali Clarks Inn which is on R.R.Baxi Road, Near Tower Chowk, Deoghar-814112. We
checked in on 6/06/2015 (after noon) and checked out on 8th (before noon). We were
not asked to check the items kept in the fridge by the hotel staff. However, at the
time of checking out on 8th june, the hotel manager asked us to pay a inflated bill
of items supplied in the room (though such items were not supplied in the room).
The list of items included initial stock in refrigerator which were not asked to be
cross checked by us. Also the hotel claimed to replace some items of fridge during
room service though we had no idea of anything like this. We were neither told that
items in the fridge were chargeable nor informed of quantity of things replaced in
fridge in our room during our stay. We had assumed that items kept in the fridge
were complimentary and so we had not stressed on cross verification of initial
items in fridge. Shockingly, chargeable items also included packaged drinking water
@ Rs 90 though we had specifically asked them to supply RO water. We also fully
remember that water supplied by them were not in sealed bottles and so there was no
question of confusion. We had paid approximately Rs 13 thousand for a pleasant stay
in Amrapali Clarks Inn and we could never imagine that we would be asked for Rs 1.5
thousand in that hotel for delivery of fake items . We were charged by bill no.

I need to make a complaint regarding KFC service in Bangalore, RT Nagar store. The
Rice Bowl Chicken popcorn and chicken popcorn was very bad at taste… not even 50%
of its standard. i am very fond of chicken popcorn and rice bowl but after todays
experience it spoiled my evening.. thought of enjoying but came with bitter
experience. i need to make this message clear to KFC quality team that please make
sure the store are providing the right quality of food all over your stores. ..
this store is now deleted from my list completely. if you want something the you
have to give something to your customers. I have already field complaint to
company. I have attached my bill and with address and store pic.. KFC and KFC
quality team you need to do something series about this.. expecting some good
response from KFC
"On August 3rd I’ve been to Ci Gusta at Madhapur, Hyderabad. During the payment of
the bill I gave my Canara bank debit card to swipe the bill amount of Rs.850/- The
waiter named Sxxxxt Swiped my card 2 times on the same amount and it got debited
twice from my account. I got transaction SMS on my mobile and I immediately alerted
Mr. Sxxxxxt regarding the double transaction. He explained that there is the
problem with Swiping machine and the amount will be debited back to my account in
24 hrs.
I waited till August 6th, and called Ci gusta land phone and Mr Pxxxxxxn spoke to
me and he was very rude. He is saying that it’s a problem with my Canara bank card.
It is my mistake and he wants me to solve it myself. I visited bank two times and I
checked my Bank statement too. It clearly shows that Rs.850 got debited to Ci Gusta
TWO TIMES. I already wasted 2 half-a-days of time roaming around bank. I called
back Mr Pxxxxn of Ci Gusta he spoke very rudely. I want to take action against this
fraudster Ci Gusta. And I want Ci Gusta to pay my Rs.850/- back and I need an
apology from the Ci Gusta management. And most importantly I want to issue a heavy
challan on them so that they won’t repeat in future."
"I had booked 25 rooms of hotel peppermint at vadodara for 9th jan, 2016. booking
was done in october, 2015 and advance of 25000 was paid to them by credit card.In
Nov. , suddenly I found that hotel name has been changed. I enquired with new hotel
– K 10 in the same premises. I was told that pippermint hotel had run away all of
sudden on 6th nov. with their server etc. and K 10 is not responsible for any
advance taken by peppermint hotel. Then i searched the contact details of
peppermint hotel and talked to Mr Nxxxxxxxn, CFO of the hotel in their corporate
office. He had asked to send the mail which sent on fin.corp@pepperminthotels.com.
and then send two reminders but no response.
On third phone i was told by Mr Nxxxxxxxxxn that he has been told by owners not to
pay any money till there dispute with K 10 is not over. He did not give me contact
details of his owners as well. Please help and guide

"This is regarding the hotel booking which i booked from Cleartrip.com for the date
28 Nov 15 to 29 Nov 15. and paid in full online for the same Hotel Ushodaya Resort,
near padmapuram gardens, ARAKU valley, Visakhapatnam. we reached there at 1 o clock
and the manager says there is no such booking on that date and there is no room for
us. The number imprinted on the clear trip. com voucher is in Switch off mode.
(9866715577). However, I could get on call with the customer support after a 15
trails of calls. The customer care spoke to the Manager using my phone but could
not make a room for us, the irony is she suggested for a refund where in it was
pitch Dark and there were no room in any hotel near by. when i asked, infact
begged, for room the customer care said they ll get back to me with a room ( in
some other hotel) with in half an hour. I waited and waited for 3 more hours and
the call never came back. Finally, I had no choice but to contact some of my old
pals and figured a room for 3000 INR.
Finally, when i spoke to customer care again on the same day at 2000 hours they say
still there is no hotel room and they are ready for refund.
I hear by submit, a compliant regarding the same to be launched against Clear
Trip . com

I have checked in Grand Hyatt on April 24th, 4 am. I was provided with room number
4106. I ordered regular food and drinks from the room service. On April 25th, we
ordered Lunch and drinks from the Room service. Lunch was served and done by 3.30
pm. At around 3.30 pm, since we had to go out, we called the housekeeping and
requested them to remove the trolley, empty plates and left-over food. We also
informed them that since we are not going to be present in the room, kindly send
someone with a key-card. I was assured by Sxxxxo that it will be taken care of.
However, when we returned to the room by 8.15 pm, the room was stinking with the
stale food. We settled and informed the housekeeping and ordered food and drinks
again. Around 10.30 pm we were too exhausted and informed Jxxxxa from house keeping
to get the trolley along with plates and little left-over food to be cleared.
However, the same thing was repeated. The stale food and trolley was never cleared
from the room. Having enough of it, by 9.30 am I called the housekeeping department
and requested them to connect me to the manager. The manager, Axxxxxxxxk,
apologised for the inconvenience and said he will look into the situation. However,
no one showed to my room to clear. By 10.30 am, the stale food and trolley was
still in my room from at least 12 hours now and the room was stinking again.
Finally, after talking to at least 4 people, the manager of restaurant walked up-to
me and apologised for the inconvenience caused to me. I requested him to provide me
the name of employees whom I spoke with from room service on previous occasions. He
provided me with the names (mentioned above) and offered me a wave-off for the
dinner bill from 23rd April. However, as of now, I haven’t accepted the offer since
I think it’s not worth the inconvenience caused to me. Therefore I wish to file a
legal case against Grand Hyatt for the repeated ignorance in their service to the
customer. I would like a compensation amount for the same along with a cancellation
of all the room tariff and bills of the room service that I am charged with.
"I along with my friends visited Hotel Bakasura, in Bellandur Bangalore for lunch
on 26/5/2016. The lunch buffet cost was Rs.549+ taxes. We were surprised to see
service charge levied twice. There was service charge of 5% added to the buffet
cost of Rs.1649.
There was another service tax@ 5.6% added on the total of the above cost + VAT.
On checking with the hotel manager, we were told that the service charge of 5% is
not paid to government but its a Mandatory TIP.
We argued that TIP is paid by customer on satisfactory service and its not
mandatory to charge it in the bill.
The manager was rude and said its mentioned in the menu the cost includes other
charges. He has added VAT of 14.5 + Service charge of 5.5% + Swach bharat tax of
0.2% on the TIP.
This is DAY LIGHT ROBBERY by this Bakasura hotel in Bellandur.
To my surprise, none check the bill and the managers like this person loot money in
terms of TIPS.
Please take necessary action against this hotel , he is cheating the public by
showing mandatory tip as service tax."
