COMES NOW, applicant is the above-entitled case and unto this Honorable Board most

That applicant is a grantee of a Certificate of Public Convenience to operate a Mini Bus Service on the route: Pagadian City – Tambulig Via
Aurora – Pulacan Road – Tukuran and Vice Versa which will expire on September 05, 2019 with the use of One {1} unit described as follows:
