- I had enjoyed every moment i have been in Capital One by increasing my learning curve and working in
different projects. The client exposure and the time spent with leaders and brilliant colleagues from whom
i learnt and gained more experience.

- I would be more than happy if i have the freedom to determine the daily task and work towards it,
but a pinch of guidance for doing the same task would not harm me and i am always open to good

Functional/Technical Questions

Q1. Please describe your experience in understanding and documenting


customer’s needs
- The basic steps that I followed were to identify customer requirements, Documenting the requirements and validating
them.
- The functional requirements document addresses the needs of the customer as expressed in terms of performance. The
technical requirements document addresses how those needs are to be met. The functional requirements document is
outlined in terms of performance, capability, and customer expectations.
Q2. Please describe your experience in collecting and documenting detailed
business requirements
- Initially I made sure that I have a clear idea on the project vision and scope. I
moved into the phase of developing requirements that will solve the problem for the current project.
I started collecting information from stakeholders by asking questions and also made sure that
interviews cover a diverse cross-section of different stakeholders, so that the requirements are not
skewed towards one particular function or area. I took the information that I gathered to analyze so
that I can develop, analyze and write good requirements. I also had the process flows documented
which has the main components of the project and how the users work with the systems.

Q4. Please describe your experience working on web projects

- The ODOI and eStatements projects were both web based projects. We build a
new form for ODOI in Online banking space so that the customers can login
and change their Overdraft preferences online.If there are any changes I use
to schedule meetings with deisgn to make them understand of what exactly
the stakeholders want to see in the form. The eStatements project was
adding enhancements to the pages that we already have in Online Banking .

Q5. Please provide an example of a project that you managed successfully
ODOI –This project was to provide eForm in consumer Online Banking to allow customers
to opt-in to overdrafts. A new ODOI e-form has to be developed to allow customers to update their
Overdraft service Preferences through Interstitial Page.

emulate?

- A manager should be able to plan, organize, direct and control the resources of the organization.
