 1. INTRODUCTION

To improve the teaching - learning process promoting student participation, ICTs are integrated
applying modern concepts in search of an effective learning by students without discriminating
their age or previous knowledge.

Taking into account the massification of the systems at present, there is a need to be trained in
the basic management of the systems, which is why, in conjunction with the Coopmincom
cooperative, we seek to design software that allows the members of the cooperative to access the
systems courses from any location.
 2. PURPOSE.

This manual serves as the basis for the use of SOFTPES educational software developed for the
cooperative Coopmincom Ltda, in order to be able to upload to this any course that you wish to
implement.

3. SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM.

Our educational software, SOFTPES, covers the following important information.

Name: SOFTPES.
Functionality: Softpes has an easy-access menu that allows users to interact with the contents.
This model is based on a hierarchical structure, facilitating navigation through the contents. This
software will be able to provide the student with the necessary information to familiarize them
with terms related to computers and the use of office tools, the use of the operating system,
internet, among others in an attractive, fun and easily accessible way.

4. BENEFITS

Among the benefits of this software we find.

 5. OBJECTIVES

Develop an educational web application in a way that allows the teacher to have support tools
that strengthen the knowledge acquired in the classroom.
Use a flexible methodology to create a platform with all user requirements but always respecting
software development processes.
 6. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This software solution is a hypermedial material designed under a constructivist approach,

it is of great importance that users (whether students or teachers, individually or in
groups, in the classroom or outside it) have the possibility of Choose your learning paths
according to your own needs.

For this reason, a hierarchical navigation structure was chosen, which combines a tree
structure, organizing information in hierarchies, with a network structure. In this way
there is a design with links that lead to key pages for navigation, thus avoiding confusion
of the contents to be developed and allowing the user to navigate the software
autonomously.
 7. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

The minimum system requirements are:
