The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean start up
template for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is a
visual chart with elements describing a firms or product's value proposition,
infrastructure, customers, and finances. It assists firms in aligning their
activities by illustrating potential trade-offs.
Following are the sections of BMC and our answers with their respective
explanations:
1) Key partners: Company/Organization as partners for supplying basic initial
requirements to make our product.
 Tourists
 Soldiers
 Government
 Rescue Operators
 Manufactures
2) Key activities: The most important activities in executing a company's
value proposition.
 Monitoring & Tracking: Temperature and pulse rate of person will be
monitored in certain time interval. Also, position of the person will be tracked.
 Surveillance: Any information regarding loss of a person or extreme health
conditions will be under continuous surveillance.
 Retrieving data: Data can be retrieved anytime from the cloud from
anywhere.
3) Key resources: Resources are necessary to make products for the customer.
 Wearable Band: This band consisting of integrated ESP chip with sensors
will be given to the person at the start of yatra.
 Base Station: Networks of computers will be established in the basement to
store and record all the data.
 Pole Devices: Poles will be mounted onto the way at a certain distance from
each other which will have raspberry pi installed inside it.
4) Value Proposition: The collection of products and services a business
offers to meet the needs of its customers.
 Health Monitoring: We will provide health status including temperature and
pulse rate of person.
 Position Tracking: We will provide graphical view of the location including
the exact latitude and longitude.
 Remote Access: Information access through owncloud web site
 Network Access: The tourist’s relative will be having access to the common
network used in base station for getting the information.

businesses, companies must identify the type of relationship they want to
