©) You 124, Wckicar took his life! You took the life of a man that loved his family, his friends, his community and his God. You took the life of a man that cared for others and helped many people that had fallen on hard times. You took the life of a man that gave generously of his electrical skills and resources to churches and other organizations, such as schools and recreational ballpark lights, many times labor free. You took the life of a man that would give you the shirt off his back. You took the life of a man that had the best personality and sense of humor of anyone I've ever known.OO) You took the life of a man that was loved by so many, as was evident of the hundreds that came to his funeral and the out pouring of love they gave towards us, his family. | see our six children, all successful in life because of the work ethics he taught them and helped them to achieve by seeing that they all got a good education. You took the life of an awesome husband and father, a good man, an honest man, a man that worked hard for his family. without complaint. He was a wonderful “Papa Billy” to our 19 grand children and 14 great grandchildren and a loving father in law to all of our sons and dauahters in law!You took the life of my husband of sixty-one years and 10 months, Billy, the love of my life.....But, you could never and will never take away his character, his good name and his soul, as his is in Heaven with Jesus. He was a man of faith that prayed most mornings before going to work. Not saying he was perfect, no one is but the good Lord. Maybe one day you will seek God's forgiveness so that you don’t lose your soul for all of eternity!!! Being the Christian man that my husband was and I, myself would not want to see you spend eternity without God, we would not wish that on anyone, not even you. But, i dobelieve you should pay for taking the life of our loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, William Francis Long, Sr., by going to prison for the rest of your life so that you can never do what you did to him to someone else! Whether he had one day or 20 years left to live on this earth, you had no right or reason to take his life. Your cruel and heinous acts have caused the Long family a lot of grief, heartache, pain and suffering at the loss of our dear loved one. Today would have been our 63rd anniversary, another thing you cannot take is our wonderful memories!
