Terms of Engagement
The above monthly salary is for standard working hours of 260 per month i.e. 10 Hours / Working Day, 6 days / week,

Friday being weekly Holiday.

(2) Number of actual working days, as per Timesheets certified by Company's Authorized Representative, will be paid.

Daily trave time from/to camp/site accommodation and return will not be paid. Only site working hours will be paid. No

compensation will be paid for International travel time.

Your services will be for Daily maintenance (Preventive Maintenance) of Rotating Equipment of a Combined Cycle Power

Plant, comprising of 2 x Fr.9E GE Gas Turbines & GE Steam Turbines in combined cycle + 6 Alstom Steam Turbines.

The Place of assignment will be initially at Al Taweelah-B Power Sation, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Company may assign the

candidate to any other Project in UAE, as per operational requirements of the Company.
The Probation Period will be 3 months. During the porbation period, if the Client or the Company find your performance
inadequate or unsatisfactory, then the Company has the right to terminate your services at its own discretion and relieve

you from your position, without any notice. In case of such termination during Probation Period, only the actual number of
working days will be paid. No compensation whatsoever will be paid.
Overtime beyond 10 working hours / day, and OT on Friday / Holiday shall be compensated as per Company rules

applicable for such long-term contracts.
The persons will be under the direct employment of the Company. Contract duration would be for 2 years, renewable there

after at 2 year intervals. The Contract can be terminated by either Party with one month notice.

The Candidate hereby undertakes to abide by the Company HR rules and regulations and Management decisions.
(9) Confidentiality should be maintained and the job related information should not be shared with any Third Party, without prior
written authorization of the Company.
During the term of his assignment, the Candidate should not interact or cooperte with any Competitor of Third Party, which
(10) could be detrimental to the business interests of the Company. Strict disciplinary action, including termination, will be taken
in case of any violations.
While discharging his duties, the candidate may get access to Company's confidential informtion (drawings, work-
procedures, upgrades, etc). The Candidate, while acknowledging the same, hereby commits that in case of Termination, he

will not take-up employment with any other Company in UAE, that is engaged either directly or indirectly in activities similar
or competing with the Company for a period of minimum one year from date of Termination.

Work Permits, UAE Residence Visa and economy Air-ticket for joing the duty will be arranged by the Company. After
(12) completion of 1 year service, one return economy Air-ticket will be provided. Annual leave eligility as per UAE labor law, but
the leave shall be availed suiting the Company's operational requirements, as decided by Management.

Workmanship compensation policy & Medical Insurance will be arranged by the Company. Any deductibles (for medical

visits to clinics) will be to individual's account.
(14) You will be eligible for bachelor type accommmodation / living.
(15) For your position, you will be provided sharing "Senior" type accommodation (2 persons x 1 room).
The rooms will be semi-furnished, with common cooking facility for the team sharing accommodation in an apratment / villa,

Food; Laundry & Telephone Allowance :- AED 50 per day of presence in UAE. This is an all inclusive allowance, towards

your living expenses and pocket money.

(18) Local transport, from accommodation to job site and return, will be provided by the Company.
No other allowances will be paid by the Company. The above salaries and perks are all inclusive, reflecting total cost to
