INTRODUCTION

The knowledge and mastery of these Areas will make the student a qualified

professional to provide quality responses within the constantly changing business and

economic world, as well as combining concepts, principles, models and theories of

broad applicability with the practical and realistic sense essential in the Management of

current organizations.

Administrative and accounting management represents a considerable amount of time in

business. Its correct management contributes in a basic way to the improvement of

effectiveness and efficiency, as well as the training to develop reception operations and

support for administrative management derived from relations with the public or client,

internal or external and with an optimized level of service at all levels of action and

responsibility.

Accounting is defined as an adapted system to classify the economic events that occur

in a business. In such a way that, it becomes the central axis to carry out the various

procedures that will lead to obtaining the maximum economic performance involved in

establishing a specific company.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Train professionals capable of performing management tasks, financial and

accounting advice in the business field, as well as develop their professional

career in the areas of investment analysis and management, banking, auditing,

management consulting and financial management, all so much in the public

sphere as in the private one.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Know and understand the social responsibility derived from economic and

business actions.

Analyze, understand, interpret and apply the concepts, methods and techniques

used to make decisions in the financial direction to achieve the objectives of the

DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ACCOUNTING

We of the management career decided to study this career, since it is a good tool to

work in one company or another, or to manage our own business without any difficulty,

since it is a very broad career that allows us to perform any job and Apart from that it is

a very important and fundamental tool.

The Career of Management and Business Accounting of the Metropolitan University of

Honduras, responds in a practical way to business requests, through the investigations

carried out for this purpose. The Honduran business sector demands that professionals

graduated from the higher education system manifest in their attitudes, values and

behaviors oriented to the creation of a culture that stimulates the development and

systematization of the intellectual capital existing in their organizational structures.

The Bachelor of Management and Business Accounting will work in dependent or

independent activities such as:

Design, implement and administer the accounting system of public or private

companies.

Design, formulation, execution and evaluation of financial projects.


Act as an external, internal auditor or as a consultant in accounting, financial and tax

matters.

Act as General Accountant or Financial Manager in the areas of his specialty.

Advise the General Management regarding compliance with obligations in the tax

area and accounting reports for external use, as well as in its relations with state

control entities.

Advise the General Management on the interpretation of information, especially

accounting and financial.

Advisor in situations of companies in crisis or conflicts of interest.
