a When machining materials such as titanium alloys cutting resistance varies
and as such the chips generated are saw-tooth type. This can result in
chipping of the cutting edge when high feed roughing applications. To
prevent this kind of problem from occurring the JL breaker, that has a sharp
cutting edge to reduce overall cutting resistance and a newly developed
multi-layered coating, MP9130 is employed. This combination leads to the
ability for stable high feed roughing applications.
