product that is different to other stall and give a costumer a full meal. We make sure that our product
will give a benefits to the costumer.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE : Our food bazzar started to sell some products on October 14, 2019 (Monday)
to October 16, 2019 (Wednesday)
 PRODUCTION PROCESS:

PIZZA ROLL

INGREDIENTS:

• SLICE BREAD

• CHEESE

• HAM

• HOTDOG

• WHITE ONION

• BELL PEPPER

• TOMATO PASTE

• BREAD CRUMBS

• OIL

• EGG

PROCEDURE:

1. Prepared all the ingredients

2. Flat the slice Bread then put the tomato paste at the base.

3. Put all the ingredients at the base , then roll it.

4. Place the bread roll in a beaten egg and next to put it on the bread crumbs.

5. Then fried

POP CORN

INGREDIENTS:

• CORN

• OIL

(FLAVORING)• CHEESE POWDER , • BBQ POWDER

 PROCEDURE:

1. Put oil at the caserole.

2. Put the corn at the hot oil then let the corn pop.

3. Then put flavor

DANG-DANG QUE

INGREDIENTS:

• BANANA ("kalibo")

• MARGARINE

• SUGAR

PROCEDURE:

1. Slice the banana , then put it on the stick

2. Grilied , then put the margarine

3. After put the margarine put the sugar

BANANA SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

• CRACK ICE

• SUGAR

• MILK

• BANANA

PROCEDURE:

1. Put crack ice in the blender then add banana sugar and milk then let them mixed together.
 MACARONI SOAP

INGREDIENTS:

• MACARONI PASTA

• EVAP

• GARLIC

• ONION

• CABBAGE

• CARROTS

• HOTDOG

• HAM

• PEPPER

PROCEDURE:

1. Saute the onion , garlic , hotdog and ham with the hot oil

2. Put water then let it boiled

3. After boiling put the macaroni pasta with the cabbage.

4. And put the milk after the pasta cook

UKOY NA KALABASA (Squash)

INGREDIENTS:

• KALABASA • SEASONING

• FLOUR

• CORN BEEF

• ONION

• OIL

 PROCEDURE:

1. Grate the squash .

2. Then in the bowl put the egg , squash, flour, then mixed.

3. After mixing fried it.
