June 22, 2018

The meeting started at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. It begun with a prayer by Mrs.
Charline A. Radislao, teacher. It was presided by Mr. Giovanie Z. Nabor, Grade 11
– St. Anthony Class Adviser. He introduced his self to the parents and presented
the agenda to be discussed. He started tackling about the School’s Rules and
Regulations. He elaborated that during the admission of students, parents were
oriented about the rules and regulations of the school as well as the documents
required to submit. Attendance of the students must be observed especially for
4P’s respondents because absences of the child is being counted and may affect
their monthly allowances. Offenses are also discussed to the parents. Mr. Nabor
reminded the parents that if a student gets less than or equal to three failing
subjects, they will attend summer classes. However, as a student receives more
than 3 failing subjects, the student will repeat the whole school year. Quarterly
examinations of students were put into the calendar as for its tentative dates. The
following is the grading system I Social Science Subjects:
a. Written Works – 25%
b. Performance Tasks – 50%
c. Quarterly Assessment – 25%
Total 100%

Wearing of uniform was also discussed to the parents and the following must be
observed:
 a. Girls must wear SHS Uniform that is upper bloused paired with slacks or
skirt, black shoes and ID.
b. Boys must wear SHS Uniform that is upper Polo - Shirt paired with slacks,
black shoes and ID.

Next agendum is the Election of Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association Officers

started and the following are the elected officers:

President : Shirley N. Rentino

Vice-President : Emma C. Ibisate
Secretary : Helen D. Castro
Treasurer : Jocelyn L. Gonzales
Asst. Sec. Treas. : Liezl R. Regino
Auditor : Richard Z. Yupano
Business Manager : Edna Y. Daguno
P.I.O. : Jeanne R. Zata
Adviser : Charline A. Radislao

Mrs. Radislao then discussed to the officers about their duties and responsibilities
and appeal to them to be active and participate in all programs and activities that
needs their presence. Another item that had been discussed was the awarding of
honors. It was explained clearly that as students attain a general average of 90
and above, students may receive awards.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 pm.

The meeting started at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. It begun with a prayer by Mrs.
Charline A. Radislao, Class Adviser. It was presided by Mr. Giovanie Z. Nabor,
Grade 11 – St. Anthony Class Adviser. The first agendum, student’s performance,
was discussed to the parents. Mr. Nabor encouraged the parents to guide their
child in terms of students’ proper wearing of uniform, to attend the flag ceremony
at 7 o’clock in the morning and avoid tardiness and absenteeism, to monitor the
quizzes, assignments, performance tasks of learners to avoid academic problem.
Afterwards, report cards of learners were released by the class adviser.

Awarding of Academic Excellence.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 pm.

The meeting started at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. It begun with a prayer by Mrs.
Charline A. Radislao, Class Adviser. It was presided by Mr. Giovanie Z. Nabor,
Grade 11 – St. Anthony Class Adviser. The first agendum, student’s performance,
was discussed to the parents. Mr. Nabor encouraged the parents to guide their
