Dear Ms. xxxx,

I have read your Letter dated 19 November 2019 wherein you apologized and
admitted that you have vomited to the balcony of my unit at Units 106 and 107,
Ground Floor _______________.

While I accept your apologies, I would like to remind you of the Rules and
Regulations of this Condominium regarding the maintenance of cleanliness,
peace, serenity in the condominium, and most importantly, respect towards the
other unit owners. In view of the said rules, I would like to take this opportunity
to inform you of the following misdeeds that you committed which we only
tolerated just for the sake of maintaining a harmonious relationship with you:

All told, we hope that there will be no other violations of our rights and the rules
and regulations of the Condominium. Please be informed that I spent Php 1,000.00
in disinfecting my unit due to the unfortunate incident. Thus, I am expecting that
you will approach me to pay the said amount rather than for me to initiate any
demand from you.
