EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

No. 001/EC-CINT/Nov/2018

This Contract is made on Cimahi, November 14th 2018 and constitutes the commitment
on the part of:

1. Lia Dewiani, represent PT Chitose Internasional Tbk., that has its principal office
in Jalan Industri III No. 5 Leuwigajah Cimahi 40533, (hereinafter named the
“EMPLOYER”)
2. Sadao Mihata, as himself, holder of Japan Passport No. TZ1241651 and residing in
Jalan Setra Murni IA No. 9B, Bandung (hereinafter named the “EMPLOYEE”);

Above mentioned are being the respective parties to this Employment Contract.

The following terms and conditions shall apply:

1. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The duration of the Employee’s assignment shall be for an extended period of 12


(twelve) months from the date of this Contract, subject to the approval of such
Employment (Work Permit, etc.) by the Government of Indonesia.

On satisfactory completion of the duration of this Contract, by mutual consent, the


Contract may be reviewed and further extended.

2. POSITION AND DUTIES


2.1 The Employee is employed as Marketing Advisor.
2.2 The Employer reserves the right to amend the job description from time to
time as circumstances may require in consultation with the Employee.

3. SALARY

The Employer shall pay monthly remuneration to the Employee determined in


IDR and directly paid in Indonesian Rupiahs. Employee’s salary income tax will
be paid by the company. No advance against salary or benefits will be paid.
Increments and promotions are on the basis of merit and it will be at the sole
discretion of the Employer.

4. LOCATION

The Employee’s headquarters shall be in Cimahi, West Java, Indonesia.

5. BENEFITS / AMENITIES
4.1 Medical
The Employer shall reimburse actual medical expenses incurred by the
Employee on herself subject to limit as per the Rules of the Company for the
outpatient benefit. The in-patient benefit covered by LIPPO Medicare and
Company shall pay the premium.

4.2 Leave
On completion of 12 (twelve) months continuous service with the Employer,
the Employee shall be entitled to home leave as per Rules of the Company.

4.3 Air Passage


The Employer shall provide Economy-class air passage to the Employee to
return home on completion of assignment as per the Rules of the Company.

6. DISCIPLINE AND CONDUCT

If the Employee shall at any time be charged with misconduct or indiscipline,


gross negligence or dereliction of duty, embezzlement, acceptance of pecuniary
gratification, dishonesty, divulgence of company’s secrets, abnormal absence or
of conduct prejudicial to company’s interest or found to have made any false
declaration, commit any breach, neglect to perform to the satisfaction of the
company or any of the group companies in connection whose business the Employee
may be engaged, all or any of the duties devolving upon the Employee, the company
may forthwith terminate her services without any notice or compensation and within
7 (seven) days thereof, she will vacate the company’s accommodation and
the company will not be liable to pay the return fare for her.

7. OBSERVANCE OF LAWS

The Employee shall observe and comply with all the laws, rules and regulations
prevailing in Republic of Indonesia.

The terms of this Contract is subject to the Rules and Regulations of Company.

8. FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT

7.1 The Employee shall not be required to work more than 5 (five) days per week,
excluding Saturdays and Sundays and local holidays in Indonesia, nor for
more than 8 (eight) hours per day, excluding 1 (one) hour for lunch, unless
otherwise agreed by the Employee.

7.2 The Employee, during the term of her employment, shall not be entitled
to carry on any other business or occupation or to work for any other
organization directly or indirectly without the written consent of the Employer.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may, at any time, terminate this Contract upon giving to the other by
written notice in 30 (thirty) days, if:

8.1 It becomes difficult to obtain or extend visas, work permits and approval from
the governmental agency of the Republic of Indonesia with respect to the
Employee and/or,

8.2 Either party breaking the Rules and Regulations of Company or any Rules and
Regulations of Republic of Indonesia.

10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In all matters of dispute, the country of assignment (Republic of Indonesia) will be


the place of jurisdiction.

If there’s any misinterpretation about this contract, both parties choose the contract
in English for settlement the misinterpretation.

This contract becomes effective from November 14 th 2018 and expires on November
14th 2019, unless terminated at an earlier date as per terms mentioned above in the
contract.

This agreement is prepared and signed in duplicate and in agreement to the above
service condition, below signatures signify acceptance of this offer.
