JOB SUMMARY

* Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and
evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key duties and responsibilities

* Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counseling
managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.

* Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

* Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

* Ensures planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach
and discipline employees.

* Maintains employee benefit program and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing
benefit needs and trends; directing the processing of benefit claims.

* Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements;
conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

JOB SUMMARY
Supervises operational priorities by assessing operational objectives; determining project objectives such

estimating relevance, time and costs.

Key duties and responsibilities

* Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.

* Gather and empty trash.

* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and
squeegees.

* Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

* Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage Services to the guests

* Attend and respond to the guests' needs promptly and professionally

* Greet customers, settle them down and take orders

* Process the order, generate bills and answer quest queries about deal offers and service time
